About this apartment rental
The 4-bed Villa with shared pool is located at the Sea Villas residence, within the Country Paradise complex, located a few kilometers drive from the town of Stintino.
The villa consists of: living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower or bathtub; it is equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, cookware, dishes and cutlery, hair dryer, equipped patio or balcony.
In addition, inside the apartment you will find an umbrella at your disposal to take with you for your days at the beach.
There is no Wi-Fi inside the Villa, but you will find it in the common area in front of the reception office (subject to limitations).
If you need anything, you can go to the reception office, which is located on Brigata Sassari Street (corner of Limbara Street), it will be open every day from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be notified to the property in advance. Failure to notify does not guarantee reception and an additional charge of € 50.00 may be required.
Your stay includes: first supply of bed linen, use of the communal swimming pool, costs of electricity, water and gas energy consumption.
Upon your arrival, you will have to pay the following mandatory costs:
DEPOSIT: € 200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the client).
CITY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Stintino, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility. Their access is not allowed in the common areas. There is an extra cleaning fee of € 50.00 for their stay.
We remind you that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.
