The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue. The residence has a private tennis court and beach area with pool and marina for pleasure boats (extra payment). The sea is 800 meters from the house.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa meravigliosa villetta dal 23 giugno al 4 luglio. Intanto ci tengo a precisare la corrispondenza delle foto della casa alla realtà: era bellissima come in foto! Inoltre la pulizia che era impeccabile, dotata di ogni confort lavatrice, aria condizionata, frigo, forno, lavastoviglie, un bel patio esterno con tavoli e sedie e uno splendido giardino tutto recintanto.Dalle finestre si vede il mare del porticciolo di Stintino e ti fa alzare con il massimo della felicità! Ringrazio tanto sia il proprietario il Dottor Dario Giobbe che la signora delle pulizie. Sicuramente torneremo!!!! Grazie grazie grazie ancora!!!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist grosszügig, hat zwei Terassen und zum Meer läuft man 8 Minuten.
