Villa located in one of Stintino’s most renowned neighborhoods, 250 meters from Pelosa Beach and 100 meters from Il Gabbiano Beach Club, in the Roccaruja area.
Set in a quiet residential neighborhood and surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub—always cool and breezy—the villa features a spacious living room with a separate kitchen, three bedrooms (including one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with twin beds, and one with a bunk bed offering a sea view), two bathrooms, both with showers, and a balcony.
The property is complemented by two beautiful covered verandas, one furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, the other with garden furniture for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The property is enhanced by a beautiful 400 m² garden, filled with the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. Outdoor solar-heated shower.
