Lovely view, quiet and clean.

Lovely view and place outside of town. need a car to get around. We pre booked a boat hire for the day at the marina to go and see Cala Luna and Cala goritze and it was the best day of our trip!

Thé basics were not great… general supplies like body wash and soap were not supplied. We wanted to cook one night as the place says it offers a stocked kitchen and there was no chopping board and only a filleting knife. The bedding and bed itself is also very old and cheap. Just something to consider if booking for a longer stay!

We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Finestra Stintino. Our host was Emanuela was very helpful, she lives underneath the apartment we stayed in. The apartment is small but very clean and has everyting you would need. The balcony was facing the sea and had a beautiful view. The area was very quiet and chilled out, no noise which was great. The pool was great plenty of space, deep enough but with a shallow bit for the kids. It is a 30 second walk from the apartment. Nearby is the famous beach La Pelosa which was nice, but very busy, also you have to pay a small fee to use the beach. There are also other beaches nearby that are free. There is a bus that comes to a stop just by the apartment which is great for going to the beach during the day or going to the local village at night. It arrives on the hour every hour and only costs a euro each way.

The couch in the sitting rooom which is basically the second bed is uncomfortable.

an amazing view on the sea of Stintino and Asinara, a perfect place for a relaxing stay

The apartment is small but perfect, new, spotlessly clean. An incredible, really incredible view on the Asinara from the window and from the balcony, where one could have dinner in the most scenic and romantic setting possible. You can leave the car safely parked at the apartment and stroll down (around 15 mins of easy walk) to the Pelosa or nearby beaches. If you feel tired after a day in the sun, for the walk uphill you could also ride with a small bus: but we almost never felt the need for it. The host is nice, attentive, present. A place to fall in love with!

Superb

Nice comfortable appartement in an appartement complex. A pool was also available. Beach and restaurants in 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. We spent two nights on our trip through Sardegna.

Отличное место, Шикарная хозяйка и лучший вид на самый красивый пляж

С балкона вид просто на 100 баллов. Наверное самый лучший в этом месте. Очень приятная и приветливая хозяйка. Апартаменты не большие но очень уютные. Пляж La Pelosa наверное лучший на этой планете. Мы конечно еще не всю планету посмотрели но очень много мест посетили и этот пляж сильно понравился. Имейте в виду, что билет на пляж нужно покупать заранее. Хозяйка может помочь если Google и ChanGPT не Ваши друзья. Не знаю что тут делать более трех дней. Ну разве кто сильно соскучился по чилу на море.

Стиральная машина есть но моих двух высших образований не хватило, чтобы подать на нее 220 вольт. А будить хозяйку вечером не хотелось. Есть большой бассейн но он работает по часам ( видимо из-за спасателя, потому что зачем-то этот бассейн сделали глубоким) Нет шезлонгов у бассейна а только пластиковые кресла. Ну и самая главная его проблем - это чистый хлор. В нем невозможно находиться, режет все слизистые. Такое ощущение, что люди им занимающиеся даже не знают теорию очистки воды и тупо льют хлора как можно больше.

La Finestra su Stintino está ubicada en un maravillosa y tranquila zona a 10 minutos a pie de la playa la Pelosa. Es un lugar idílico, con vistas inmejorables. La anfitriona, Emanuela, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Nos explicó todo lo correspondiente a las normas de la casa (totalmente necesario) y nos recomendó lugares para visitar, sitios donde comer/cenar e incluso nos facilitó los contactos para poder contratar diferentes excursiones. Ha sido una experiencia increíble y esperamos volver pronto. Grazie mille, Emanuela e famiglia!

Très bien pour 2 personnes, n’hésitez pas!

L’accueil par la propriétaire, elle a offert une bouteille d’eau ainsi qu’une bouteille de vin rosé au frigo en guise de cadeaux de bienvenue. L’emplacement était bien mais il faut savoir que l’appartement est situé dans un édifice avec plusieurs autres logements. Certains d’entre eux semblaient abandonnés… L’appartement a été rénové récemment et décoré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié avoir une laveuse à linge. La terrasse est superbe et permet de manger avec une vue incroyable, dommage cependant qu’il n’y ait pas de parasol pour se protéger du soleil. Il était possible d’aller à la plage (la Pelosa) en marchant. Aussi, la propriétaire fournit un parasol et les tapis exigés par la réglementation de la plage. De bons restaurants à proximité et bon endroit à partir duquel, il est possible de rayonner pour différentes visites. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

La petitesse des pièces, tout particulièrement la salle de bain. Pas d’espace pour nos articles de nettoyage et aucun crochet pour les serviettes… Le confort du lit et des oreillers laissent à désirer. Le confort du divan au salon. Piscine non disponible lors de notre passage, malgré la belle température… elle ouvre beaucoup plus tard en saison. J’aurais aimé avoir un parasol pour manger à l’ombre dehors sur la terrasse. *** Attention: les photos déposées dans l’annonce ne sont pas représentatives de l’appartement. La propriétaire détient plusieurs autres appartements et les photos sont toutes mélangées.
