la posizione (in centro a Stintino) e l'appartamento (nuovo e complessivamente ben strutturato)
mancanza di parcheggio dedicato (a Stintino i parcheggi sono gratutiti, ma spesso introvabili vicino a casa); tv piccolissima; mancanza di aria condizionata nella 3a stanza; mancanza di citofono funzionante; terrazzino con unitá esterna dei condizionatori, quindi poco fruibile e con vista su interno condominio, quindi poca privacy.

Posizione ottima. Appartamento decisamente carino. Non mancava niente. Check-in e check-out very easy.
Purtoppo abbiamo avuto dei vicini rumorosi e l'isolamento acustico non era dei migliori...
