About this villa rental
Cala Lupo - Villa on 2 levels a few steps from the sea surrounded by greenery composed of dining room, kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large outdoor veranda, barbeque area with 2 wood-burning ovens, manicured lawn and private parking. At 10 meters from the property there is a bus stop for Pelosa beach, Stintino Paese and other areas of interest. The commercial activities are about 700 meters away; the pools about 300 meters. In the summer period the house is fresh and ventilated ensuring very comfortable stays.

Our stay (4 adults + 2 children) at Villa La Mimosa was very good. The booking, contact with owner, check-in etc all went well and all our questions were answered immediately.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Stintino (Cala Lupo) and not bothered by night noise ... you only hear the relaxing sound of the sea. What else do you need ? :)
The villa is nicely furnished and the terrace is SUPER, very cosy !! We really liked it a lot.
The house has 2 bathrooms and in 1 of the bedrooms (single), there is another additional wash basin with mirror, which comes in very handy, especially for female guests :)
Opposite the house is a small hotel with a swimming pool (sea water) which is also open to the public. From the swimming pool, you even have a sea view! Having a pool nearby is certainly a big advantage, especially if you travel with children.
In a nutshell, we had a great stay !!
