Oltre la posizione magnifica (di fronte al porticciolo e con uno scorcio suggestivo sul mare aperto) , vanno considerate le stanze spaziose e un balcone dove poter assaporare la sera un aperitivo. Per coloro che dovessero passare più di qualche notte, l’appartamento ha in dotazione tutto ciò che è necessario (lavatrice stendino…).
