Nice house with garden near La Pelosa
We had a nice stay at this house. The garden is absolutely wonderful, big, shady and picturesque, including at night due to nice lighting. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times. The kitchen was well equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a washing machine. Overall, we had a nice stay but certainly the quality could be improved or price lowered. We are nevertheless grateful for the kindness of our host!
- The house is not fully independent, there’s an apartment on top (separate entrance), and the neighbors are a meter away separated by a wooden fence; we were lucky not to have neighbors when we were there but if everyone had the same great time as we did, the garden would not be a very quiet place to be :) The house is at the end of a string of houses with small gardens next to each other. - The house is composed of a small house on ground floor with a kitchen, two small bedrooms and a bathroom; and there is a separate larger bedroom with bathroom at a lower level. This bedroom was quite humid, the dehumidifier was used non stop, but still there was smell and ants running in the bathroom. - Both bathrooms are quite small with showers that are not very convenient particularly with small kids, and the water temperature varies. - Overall the value for money is not great, as the house was quite expensive for the quality provided. We’ve been in many areas of Sardinia and this was the most expensive stay, so we expected more from both the house and the area which is quite famous due to the La Pelosa beach which is a protected area.

Exceptional
The outdoor space is fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Very pleasant to sit outside the property in the evenings on comfortable sofas, listening to the sounds of nature. Also, the kitchen has everything you could need for preparing food. Outdoor shower was also very nice. Lastly, Marta the owner's daughter was very kind and helpful. We had a problem with the water and someone came to fix it within 10 minutes of us calling!

Lovely place, well equipped. Perfect for relaxing with the family. Close to the beach!
Really enjoyed our stay. The spacious patio is great for relaxing during the heat of the day. The beach is walking distance and although busy, we could always find a spot. The beautiful, crystal clear water is so inviting. Making pizza and bbq'ing in the outdoor kitchen completes the holiday experience. The house is well equipped and comfortable. So all in all a great experience!

Alles in allem etwas enttäuschend!
Der Garten und die Außenanlagen waren sehr schön.
Es wurden uns 3 Schlafzimmer angekündigt. Wir waren nicht darauf vorbereitet, dass eines im Keller und ein zweites mit Stockbetten ausgestattet war. Es gab nur ein vernünftiges Schlafzimmer - für zwei Paare.
