Le Case Punta Negra

Posizione incantevole a due passi dalla spiaggia. Gli spazi esterni sono perfetti per rilassarsi, leggere un libro o semplicemente godersi il panorama e albe mozzafiato in totale tranquillità. Il contesto naturale è meraviglioso: silenzio, natura, e una sensazione di pace che aiuta davvero a staccare la spina e "disintossicarsi" dal caos quotidiano. Ideale per chi cerca un luogo dove ritrovare sé stesso, lontano dalla frenesia. Angelo sempre disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente. Altamente consigliata!

Soggiorno in posto da sogno! Appartamento nel verde vista mare! Il proprietario è una persona meravigliosa! Che dire …speriamo di tornare presto!!!

posizione ottima a poca distanza dalla spiaggia della pelosa , sempre ventilato zona molto tranquilla .

Forse la presenza di un condizionatore avrebbe migliorato il clima ma comunque visto il periodo Giugno e la presenza dei ventilatori a soffitto siamo stati bene.

Location - close to many nice beaches. Dishwasher, washing machine. Inside the house you do not hear neighbours, even if you share the walls with them. No bars around - calm place. Couple of minutes to the beach.

We travel a lot and also in Sardinia we staied at 5 different places. This one was the most uncomfortable one. It is ok if you want to be close to La Pelosa for 1 or 2 nights, for more not really. There was no air-condition included, but there are 2 ventilators.Luckily it is calm enough in the night to sleep with open window. Beds were extremely uncomfortable! Sheets looks like old and did not stay on their place if you turned around in the night. Pilows we found in a wardrobe, but were not sure if there are covers on them or not - it looks like dirty.We covered them with our shirts. Toilete is extremely loud - not adviced to flash it douring the night. There was a part of the cookie under tge fridge from previous guests ... and a lot of ants around. Ants are a big problem there! I understand they are outside, but here are lots of them inside ... do not leave any food in a bag in a kitchen! Or opened youghurt on a table in kitchen. After coming back, there will be a "heighway" of ants! Appartment is in a calm enviroment, but just if your neighbours are calm as well. 2 evenings neighburs had a common dinner with friends and reading a book looks like trying to read in a restaurant. We could not go inside, because kids were sleeping - that part with beds for kids has no doors - it is not separated with doors from the main room. Couch looks like very old and it is uncomfortable too. There was also no towels included, no soap, paper towells, coffe, salt, oil ... just a bit of toilet paper and plastic baggs for garbage. I think basic products would not cost much, but will give guests an impression of beeing wellcome. The some as changing bedding and matresses. If you do not mind ants, uncomfortable beds, neighbours close, it could be fine for 1 or 2 nights.
