The view ist really fantastic, the terrase big, there is a grill outside, 3 bathrooms! No need in air conditioning, really cool temperature inside. Grocery shop nearby, you can have all you need. Couple of really good beaches in 15- 20 minutes driving distance ( usual for Sardinia to drive to the beach, imo). I.e. Le Saline and Porto Palmas. Host reacts quickly, we would book it again. If you want to visit La Pelosa beach - book it well in advance, at least 2 weeks...
Beaches, which you can reach bei foot are not very useable - rocks.
