The best villa I’ve ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and with excellent communication with the owner/host. It truly felt like home – peaceful, with 100% privacy, yet the energy of the house left us relaxed and full of vitality. Perfect location – close to the beach and, most importantly, to La Pelosa. Large free parking available. Absolutely perfect!

Excellent!!

Stayed a family of 5 and it was great! Check in was clear and easy! Very clean and the location was great for staying in the Stintino area! We could walk to the grocery store and to the center of Stintino! We love the outdoor patio and the kitchen was fully equipped! Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with!! We felt it was a great stay!!

If you are sensitive to smell, the house did have an odor, but it was not a problem for us

Da migliorare

La struttura era spazioso e in una buona posizione, con parcheggio fuori. L'host è stato disponibile , tuttavia ci sono state una serie di difficoltá.

In primis il civico non è riportato da nessuna parte, quindi l'appartamento non è stato facile da localizzare. Dal bagno proveniva un odore di fogna insopportabile e il bagno non aveva finestre, quindi era letteralmente impossibile arieggiarlo. Le zanzariere e le imposte delle camere erano rotte, cosí come il divano. Non c'era l'aria condizionata, ma dei ventilatori (però impolverati). Materasso scomodo con lenzuola vecchie che sembravano felpate.

Petite maisonnette bien placée et spacieuse

Hôte super disponible Maisonnette très bien placée avec une terrasse agréable. Quelques matériels cassés (canapé, volets...), à réparer. Odeur désagréable mais pas dérangeante si on reste dehors

Poca attenzione

La posizione sicuramente è il suo forte. A pochi passi dal centro e poco distante da spiagge spettacolari da arrivarci in macchina. Suddivisa bene e parcheggio auto fuori dalla "villa". Letto matrimoniale comodo e buona pulizia

Oltre a quanto riferito nelle recensioni cioè divano rotto, zanzariere rovinate, assenza di condizionatori, assenza di finestra nel bagno con odore sgradevole vi è mancanza di cura. Abbiamo trovato asciugarmi per due anche se eravamo in quattro. Una casa dalle grandi potenzialità, se non si vuole investire per migliorare basterebbero pochi euro per addolcire l'umore degli ospiti, un diffusore di profumi, qualche cialda per il caffè e magari una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo sarebbero sicuramente graditi.

La posizione.

Dormire su un divano letto con doghe rattoppate con lo scotch non è proprio quello che ci si aspetta da una “villa”. Persiane rotte, bidet ballerino, asciugamani consegnati fradici, odore di fogna in bagno e zanzariera che non si chiude (o si apre da sola). E in più nessun climatizzatore: LO SAPEVAMO, ma almeno avere dei ventilatori efficienti e pari al numero degli ambienti sarebbe stato meglio… Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo.

La posizione tranquilla e vicinissima al centro, il parcheggio e la veranda esterna

Lo stato di manutenzione degli infissi e la puzza in bagno. Connessione scarsa del wifii, lavatrice di difficile utilizzo e senza istruzioni facilmente, poca carta igienica,niente kit di benvenuto per gli ospiti.

Der Ort ist sehr schön die Unterkunft leider etwas n die Jahre gekommen.

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen und recht groß.

Leider war die Couch im Wohnbereich kaputt und nur als Ablage zu gebrauchen. Was aber schlimmer war ist der sehr unangenehme Geruch im Bad. Da es auch kein Fenster gibt, konnte man diese Situation nicht umgehen. Ansonsten recht gut gelegen und in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Приятный семейный отдых, было чисто и в квартире было все необходимое.

Мы провели хороший отпуск , мы это семья 5 человек, останавливались на 8 ночей. Нас встретили с вкусными, свежими, местными пирожными! Большое спасибо Алессандро! Нам понравился хозяин, нам разрешили заехать немного раньше и выехать немного позже. Удобная терраса для еды, оснащенная кухня, удобное расположение квартиры , близко продуктовый магазин.

К сожалению диван в гостиной был сломан , моей маме (80 лет) было не удобно спать . Немного сложно было с мусором, его надо было держать дома, так как приходили вечером кабаны и хотели его разорвать. Запах в туалете был от канализации , нам он не мешал .

Peccato esserci fermati solo una notte… ma torneremo sicuramente per un soggiorno più lungo! Consigliatissima!

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questa splendida villetta, ma è bastato per innamorarci del posto. La posizione è davvero perfetta: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare. La casa è accogliente e pulitissima. Si respira un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante, perfetta per staccare dalla routine anche solo per poco. Accoglienza calorosa da parte di Alessandro, sempre disponibile e attento. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa.
