The house is big enough for a group of 5 people. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a big fridge. The rooms are simple but big enough. The centre of Stintino is 700 meters away (but we always used the car to get there).
There is a lot of humidity in the house and the impact when we entered was not nice (mold, humidity and damp air). There is no air-co, and the windows are very small (because the house is half underground).
