La posizione dell'appartamento è ottimale, a due passi dalle spiagge di Stintino e con vista mare. Inserita in un contesto residenziale circondato letteralmente dal verde. Si respira aria di serenità e calma.
L'appartamento è piccino ma i suoi spazi sono ben strutturati, camerale matrimoniale, soppalco con due letti e un divano letto utile per altri due posti.
La cucina è accessoriata di tutto, lavastoviglie, forno e microonde , con annessi piatti e stoviglie e accessori da cucina, non manca niente.
Abbiamo avuto la necessità di dover cambiare le date della nostra prenotazione ed Elisa è stata estremamente disponibile nel venerci incontro con le prime date utili per il cambio, precisa nelle indicazioni per il ritiro chiavi, è stata presente e cordiale. Consigliatissimo.

Beautiful view from the terrace and nearby beach which we had for ourselves. Very quiet location.
Apartment was very well equipped, including the dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and many other appliances.
Communication with owner through Whatsapp was fast, quick responses.
Having some simple barbecue on the terrace would be nice, also kettle for boiling the water for tea.
The shopping center which was close to apartment was basically ababdoned, with supermarket closed until april 2026 (definitely need car for shopping).
The tap water wasn't recommended for drinking.
The waste disposal system is kind of annoying, but I understand these all are generally issues of Stintino itself and not the apartment per se.
The price of bed sheets and towels should be included in the booking to avoid the hassle with additional payment.

Kind host, great facilities and fantastic location and view. Could not think of anything that was missing, lovely place to stay in Stintino.
