The apartment is very nice and airy with high ceilings and a wonderful large terrace with sea views. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing, and we really felt at home. The accommodation was very clean. The surrounding area is nice, some small beaches are within walking distance, the stunning beach La Pelosa only a short drive away. Stintino is a charming fishing village. Piero was a great host who always answered immediately. The check-in was easy. Arrival any departure times were flexible. Very good value for money and highly recommendable.

We had a great time in Piero's nice, airy apartment. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. The large balcony has sea views in all directions and it was great to have a parking space right next to the apartment. We received great information about beaches, places to eat and much more from Piero before we arrived. When we had a small concern during our stay, we quickly got help from Piero via whatsup. We would love to come back.

It’s is a beautiful, clean and nice appartement with a lot of space. The terrace ist wonderful with an amazing view. There ist nothing missing in the equipment. Piero is a very nice guy who cares for his guests. Only 5min drive to wonderful beach La Pelosa.

Trotz Nebensaison hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit Pierro hat perfekt funktioniert. Das geräumige Haus / Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Wenn man so wie wir schnorcheln wollten und die Schnorchel vergessen hatten findet man diese in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist traumhaft. La Pelosa ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und solch eine Wasserqualität haben wir zuletzt auf den Malediven erlebt. Wir kommen wieder und vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.....Vg

Wir waren eine Woche in Pieros Wohnung. Sehr sauber, geräumig, super ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich nichts!! Toller, großer Balkon mit Meerblick! Liegt am Rand von Stintino, sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem fussläufig zum Ortszentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den sehr netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in Pieros Wohnung verbracht. Er war ein toller Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend und hat all unsere Fragen sofort und ausführlich beantwortet. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise mit Piera hat optimal funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist optimal ausgestattet. Es gibt Handtücher, Bettwäsche und der Geschirrspüler ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wenn man überhaupt was bemängelt, dann sind es fehlende Moskitonetze an den Schlafzimmern, aber das ist wirklich das einzige was fehlt, der Rest ist einfach nur wunderbar. Auf der großen Terrasse mit Meerblick schmeckt jedes Essen gleich noch viel besser. Wir konnten atemberaubende Sonnenaufgänge genießen. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der wunderschöne la Pelosa Strand, sind in der direkten Umgebung. Auf dem Rückweg geht es zwar leicht bergauf, aber trotzdem ist alles gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Piero, auch für den wunderschönen Tipp mit Futurismo, der Ausflug setzte den eh schon tollen Urlaub die Krone auf. Dieser Urlaub wird noch sehr lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Abbiamo passato otto splendidi giorni a Stintino e dintorni in questa bellissima casa, fornita di tutto il necessario (persino l'ombrellone: importante per chi viaggia in aereo). Nonostante il gran caldo, il vasto terrazzo con barbecue è perfetto per cenare con una vista mare stupenda. La casa, circondata dalla tipica macchia mediterranea, è a pochi minuti a piedi dal paese e dai negozi. Il vicinato è tranquillo e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Unica mancanza: una zanzariera sopra il letto. Il resto tutto perfetto. Anche il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Bel appartement, très bien agencé. Il est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est agréable et très disponible. En Octobre la mer est aussi chaude que la Vendée l’été, il y fait beau (un peu de vent). Les plages sont peu fréquentées, et Stintino est très agréable. Mais beaucoup de restaurateurs sont fermés. C’est une destination et une location que nous recommandons chaudement !

L'appartamento rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione, gli spazi sono ampi e ben accessoriati. Il proprietario mette a disposizione tutto ciò che ha, bisogna portarsi davvero solo gli abiti, per il resto c'è praticamente tutto. A voler essere proprio pignoli ci sarebbe bisogno di ombra sul terrazzo per poterci pranzare.

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, la signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e stata gentilissima, il proprietario anche non essendo presente si e'' dimostrato molto affidabile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa sia prima dell'' arrivo, che durante e dopo. La pelosa e'' a 3 minuti di macchina, meravigliosa! Non potevamo scegliere posto e appartamento migliore per passare le nostre vacanze. Sicuramente ci torneremo! "Le séjour passé dans cette maison très confortable, très propre et très spacieuse a été fort agréable,(les photos jointes correspondent à la réalité). Rien de plus merveilleux que de pouvoir prendre son petit déjeûner de la terrasse avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Bien que le propriétaire ne soit pas sur place, il est joignable à tout moment, son amabilité, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme vous incite à revenir. La Pelosa est une plage de toute beauté, une eau turquoise, la vue sur l'île Asinara, tout est sublime. En arrière saison, l'absence de la foule sur les plages, c'est merveilleux. Le village de Stintino a su préserver son identité, les commerçants y sont rès sympathiques."

"Vacanza da ricordare. Stintino è una località carinissima, le spiagge splendide, la natura emozionante. La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato è ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista: ampia, luminosa, confortevole, arredata con gusto persino nelle stoviglie di ceramica dipinta a mano. Un piccolo inconveniente, la perdita d'acqua procurata dal funzionamento della lavatrice e verificato subitaneamente al possesso dell'immobile; non ha comunque minimamente disturbato il nostro soggiorno. Tutto era così piacevole da aver voglia di fermarsi per sempre. Desidero ricordare il terrazzo con vista mare che si è prestato come comodo luogo di gioco del piccolo Gioele e da cui abbiamo potuto assistere allo strabiliante e prolungato gioco di fuochi d'artificio offerti dall'amministrazione in occasione della festa patronale. I locali non perdono occasione per festeggiare, sono molto cordiali ed orgogliosi (a ragione!) della loro splendida terra ricca di cultura e tradizioni. Magnifici anche i negozi di artigianato (ceramica e stoffe); inoltre tengo a segnalare, nello specifico, il negozio della signora Gorla (a Tanca Manna, lungo una ripida salita) che vende prodotti tipici come i dolci della sposa, piuttosto che pietanze fatte a mano come la zuppa gallurese ed i culurgiones. "
