wonderful balcony, nice view, spacious apartment, near beaches, very kind and helpful owner.

bed mattress wasn't too comfy. And perhaps a mosquito net for the entrance door would allow to leave the door open at night to have some air circulation…

Not worth spending more than 80€ / night.

Nothing to like about the property, just the air conditioning . The host was very friendly.

21 Jul 2023, 200€ / night. No wifi, nothing special about the location, and the cleaning was average. Only cash payment was available (to avoid taxes). They also charged a deposit. The host came 30 min later than arranged to make the checkout (imagine if you have to catch a flight). This is a max 80€ / night property, not 200€

Nice apartment, had everything we needed with a good view. We had no transport so at first impression on seeing location, we were worried that we had made a mistake but as explained by the host we discovered good transport service close to apartment which took us for a small price to the most amazing beaches.

Breve vacanza a Stintino

La posizione dell'alloggio a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Pelosa, panorama fantastico dal terrazzino di casa.

Purtroppo la mia vacanza è stata breve, è durata 4 giorni, ma in quel periodo Stintino è rimasta senza acqua a causa di un guasto. Ci siamo dovuti adattare con taniche e bottiglie dell'acqua per scarico e doccia. C'è la possibilità di un piccoli rimborso di cui io sto aspettando conferma. A parte questa parentesi spiacevole il posto è consigliatissimo. L'operatrice si è impegnata per alleviare il disagio ma ovviamente il problema era grande.

la posizione e la tranquillità, la natura. stupendo mare e spiaggia.

Qualche problema con i canali televisivi che non funzionavano. Qualche problema nella circolazione d'aria nella camera da letto matrimoniale che se tenuta chiusa dava cattivo odore.
