Beatiful apartment in a quiet and safe area. View to the ocean was nice and kids liked the playground nearby. Short drive to La Pelaso and Stintino. Everything worked well!

The sofa bed needed to be assembled for days so that we could fit at the table. However, it was easy to use.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a perfect location, only about a 15-minute walk to La Pelosa beach. The place itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view to enjoy. Everything was just as described and even better than expected. We would happily come back again!

Comfortable accommodation in a quiet location

Great attitude from the owner, friendly and communicative Quiet location, within easy reach (10-15 min. walk) of an excellent restaurant, beach, 10 min. drive to supermarket accommodation is more suitable for two people (we were a family with two children).

Nothing like that was found, it's all a matter of personal preference. Personally, I would prefer a slightly softer pillow (but as I mentioned, it's a matter of preference).

Perfect position and value for money

Perfect location to go to La Pelosa beach, only 20 minutes walk, so it is possible to leave the car at home and save on the parking. The house has all the necessary comforts such as laundry and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a beautiful garden with a spectacular view pver the Piana and Asinara Island. Definitly reccomended.

Bellissimo appartamento a Stintino.

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e completo di tutto ciò che serve. C'è proprio tutto, compresa lavatrice, lavastoviglie, accessori per cucinare, macchina del caffè, bollitore, ecc. Non manca proprio niente. Bellissimo giardino con vista mare, parcheggio riservato e numerato, appartamento in zona tranquilla. Pulizia al top. Senza esagerare, posso dire che ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Nessuna nota negativa, anzi ci tengo a dire che abbiamo trovato un appartamento ben curato e arredato. Fra gli appartamenti dove siamo stati, prenotando con Booking, questo è il migliore in assoluto. Lo consiglio.

Sole, mare, relax, pulizia e qualche coccola. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo appartamento con giardino privato vista mare, curato in ogni dettaglio, profumato e pulitissimo. All'interno, ogni tipo di coccola: dal nécessaire da bagno (e non i soliti campioncini da hotel), asciugamani morbidi e profumati, cucinino ben fornito con lavastoviglie, stoviglie e pentole nuove e scelte con gusto, macchina del caffè in cialde e tante cose buone per la colazione o una tisana relax, frigorifero con acqua, succhi e perfino una bottiglia di spumante e un assaggio di mirto. In dotazione all'appartamento, e non è poco, ombrellone, stuoie, borsa termica, lavatrice, stendibiancheria e ogni tipo di detersivo, ammorbidente ecc. Proprietaria gentilissima e presente. Ottimo soggiorno, consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo e lo consiglieremo a occhi chiusi.

Tutto perfetto in particolare la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari . Posizione perfetta per visitare il golfo dell'Asinara. Bella vista dal patio e parcheggio privato.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und Lage

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Sogar ein Sonnenschirm und Strandmatten sind vorhanden. Sehr nette Besitzerin und schnelle Antworten. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung mit viel Bedacht eingerichtet wurde (Klimaanlage. Waschmaschine, Wäschepads, Erste-Hilfe-Set , Föhn, etc... Gute Gegend, privater Parkplatz vorhanden. Zum Strand La Pelosa sind es ca. 25min zu Fuß. Zum Torre del Falcone sind es von der Wohnung 40min. Wirklich top.

Der Ausstattung könnte man evtl. einen Wasserkocher und einen großen Spiegel + eine Uhr ergänzen. Dann wäre die Wohnung wirklich perfekt Aber auch so ist diese Wohnung nur zu empfehlen.
