Great location on a quiet farm near Keswick. The Shepherds Hut was very comfortable and well-equipped.
I really enjoyed being off-grid for a couple of days.

Quirky accommodation on working farm with excellent views and great to be able to experience seeing the farm working close up.
Hosts friendly and helpful.
It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected and would benefit from a full check of the kitchen area and equipment between guests.
The outdoor table and chairs need maintenance.
The bed was really springy and unfortunately too soft for us but may be ok for others.

Perfect little hut , bed was so comfortable, 4 complimentary fresh eggs , location is perfect , so very peaceful, take £1 coins for showers , hosts were pleasant, weather was against us but it did not spoil out fabulous stay .
Only thing was toilets a little out the way and big gate was locked at night and for me personally was difficult to open other than that toilets were very clean

Location was fine ... we were attending the Mountain festival in Keswick.
Access to toilet and shower facilities. A 2nd toilet would help tremendously as the single loo was occupied when I went on Sunday morning. Suggest you include bus timetable at the property. If you did, perhaps make it more obvious. We ended up driving but could have probably used the 555 bus
