Great location, and because of this I would probably stay again.

Location was great

Value for the amenities wasn’t there. Parking was a mess, but from what I see, it’s a thing in that area. Even with the short comings, I would do it again if the price was a bit better.

Excellent hotel for your convention needs. If you're into Anthrocon, this hotel is perfect.

This hotel is a perfect area for convention stays, it's next to the convention and it has excellent service and quality, breakfast has a unique serving but it is good quality. Even a four person room could hold up six people if you really tried, it's roomy enough for it, and the bathrooms are of decent quality. Affordable!

The breakfast options were limited to gourmet foods that didn't have a lot of variety, and it is a bit pricey for what you get ($15 per person per day), even as a bouffet style. Thankfully there is a cafe at the ground level on the corner of the hotel where you can get a more fulfilling breakfast.

Great location, helpful staff, good gym, comfortable and clean.

It was very expensive. The king room with a pull out sofa didn’t exist. Booking.com has been told this but they keep listing the room as an option. The hotel helped us get an alternative room.

I would have expected a better experience for the cost of this hotel.

We felt safe walking in this area.

Parking, loading zone, linens and communication. We ended up needing to get a rental car. There are only two parking bays which looks like the back of hotel where you pull into to unload bags. Check in was on the top floor then back down for luggage. There is no hotel parking. There is a lot for another business across road. It is $25/day and had hourly rates. However, the price can go up if there is an event. I tried to cancel the room once we need to add a rental car to our trip and the hotel did not reach back out and it was no refundable. Only one set for coffee in the room. There were holes in our duvet cover. The toilet is square and the seat ring not connected correctly or worn. It was always sliding off the side making it awkward and a balancing task. Our room faced another building across an alley and looked into other windows. Made is uncomfortable to have even the sheer curtains pulled in day time.

Absolutely loved my stay — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with minimal decor. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities made it a great experience. Perfect location, too. I’d definitely stay here again!

Spectacular location! Modern interior. Overall a nice stay, however the floors in the room looked like they had not been cleaned from the previous guest and there was some type of syrup on the bathroom light switch.

Rude. Rude. Mean.

I went to Pittsburgh to help my grown son move back to Texas. We packed his apartment and went out for a last night in town. I had made a booking through Booking.com and believed it to have been completed. When my son and I got to the locked area just outside the lobby at about 3:00 am, the staff person that answered the intercom denied that we had a reservation, was entirely unhelpful, and hung up on me. My calls back to try to sort it out were transferred to a "supervisor" who was immediately rude and aggressively unhelpful and threatened to call the cops. Luckily, the U-Haul was only a 10-minute walk back to his apartment parking lot and we were able to get some sleep in the truck, before driving to Nashville that next day.

Any degree of helpfulness, even the slightest scintilla of an effort, would have been nice.

The best thing about the hotel is how close it is to the Warhol Museum, and great for baseball fans

First time I have gone to the top floor of a hotel to check in at the lobby - a great view of Pittsburgh from that height.

More about parking in the description. I thought it was included in the price. It wasn’t. Parking lot very convenient next to the hotel - a bit awkward knowing how to unload baggage prior to checking in. Also not explained prior to the visit.

A two-star motel at ten times the price.

The location is pretty good when considering the riverfront. The room was fairly quiet.

Bathroom door track was broken and door wouldn't stay closed. Curtain tracks were broken and curtains wouldn't close all the way. Fridge was dirty and had thick ice growing on its walls. Absolutely ZERO housekeeping was done in four days, had to keep calling and asking for clean towels. Floors were gritty in places. Asked for someone to make up the sofa bed, housekeeper handed me a stack of sheets and left. Parking garage/ADA parking present but was closed and used for storage, had to park down the street in an open-air lot and was difficult to get back to the hotel in my wheelchair. $1,700 for 4 days should give much more value. Couldn't swap rooms, large convention was in progress and hotel was full.
