We stayed here for a week and overall it was a very good value. The house was as described, private, clean, and everything was ok inside. Location was fine and we appreciated the parking and facilities. The hosts were nice and helpful. They even left snacks and drinks for us.
The only negative experience was with the yard exit. The street is very narrow and visibility when driving out is limited, especially if you are alone in the car. Unfortunately, our car was damaged when driving out of the yard because a neighbour had his car parked with a trailer with long desks sticking out of his yard without having it marked properly and it wasnt visible from the drivers view, which made the situation very unpleasant. This is of course not directly the host’s fault, but future guests should be aware that extra caution is needed when driving out of the property because the neighbours were not very polite or took any responsibility or even apologized for the damage caused.
Apart from this incident, our stay was comfortable and we found it to be a good place overall.

The Strandhaus Adria is a very huge and comfortable house with a pretty yard, at the Big Beach of Ulcinj. It's also good for many families, because of the spacious, separated rooms with own bathrooms and toilets, but they can use the kitchen and the yard with BBQ together. The beaches are easily accessible, especially by bicycle or by car. The owner is really kind and helpful. A great value for that money, I recommend it.
