Very happy with our stay here, nice apartment, A/C, well equipped kitchen, tasty breakfast, swimming pool, strategic location to enjoy the seaside & surrounding beauty of the region. Walking distance to the beach / beach bars & nearby shops and restaurants, extremely friendly, easy going staff & owner - Diar, always a smile on his face, always there for us, whenever we needed something, even drove us to Ada Boyana and to Ulcinj. Highly recommended & Faleminderit & all the best wishes!

The location is perfect. The room had air conditioning. There was a nice kitchen.

The bathroom was kind of small, and the shower was a bit uncomfortable to use. Still good. There was not table in the room other than the one on the balcony.

Perfect place for vacation and relaxing. Apartments are extraordinary in every view, cleanliness is 10, everything is new and modern, guests have everything they need at their disposal. Location is perfect, the beach, the markets and the restaurants are close to the apartment. The pool is also perfect, big enough, clean and they have pool chairs. Staff is very kind. All in all we had a really great time and we are definitely looking forward coming again. Recommendations to everyone

Great staff

Staff is very friendly and the place is quiet and cosy. When the stove broke, they changed it immediately. They offerded us to use the shower on the last day after we came from the beach because the check out was at 10am. Overall, very friendly people, clean place, comfortable rooms, each with balcony.

We were there for 9 days and every day we got new towels, they changed the sheets once, which was enough, but never cleaned the floor nor the bathroom. Water in the pool was too cold so we didn't use it.

Очень хороший добродушный хозяин. Все время находился в отеле и старался сделать наш отдых максимально комфортным. Небольшой, но очень чистый бассейн. Хорошо оформлена площадка возле бассейна, удобно расположены шезлонги. Неплохой завтрак. Не очень много блюд, но голодным не останешься. Есть своя парковка, что очень удобно.

Оказалось, в отеле есть новый и старый корпус. Нам достался старый. В ванной комнате унитаз качался, не было никаких полочек, куда можно было бы положить мыло или шампунь, возле зеркала торчали вырванные провода от светильников, которых уже не было. На маленький умывальник прикрепили большой кухонный кран, поэтому пользоваться умывальником было крайне неудобно. А ещё, в номере постоянно был запах канализации, от которого невозможно было избавиться! Кухонька в номере была, но ужасно неудобная. Умывальник и рядом плита. Даже некуда поставить досточку, чтобы что-то нарезать. Минимальный набор посуды и электрочайник присутствовали. Окна не герметичные! Постоянно слышно дорогу, которая рядом. А еще нам повезло, в первый же день нашего пребывания была сильная гроза и ливень. Вода с балкона через закрытую дверь затекала в номер! Свет из-за сильной грозы отключился на час, как минимум. И потом у нас каждый вечер отключался свет, хотя в новом корпусе свет горел. Интернет работал отвратительно, а по вечерам после отключения и включения света его иногда не было до утра. Хозяин старался, как мог, реагировал на наши просьбы. Но кроме бассейна и хозяина ничего особо не понравилось. Возможно, если бы мы остановились в новом корпусе, впечатления были бы другими.
