Perfect centre location!

The location is amazing everything is close by: the beach, markets, restaurants, and more. The host was incredibly friendly and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked exactly like the photos

The location was easy to find and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very welcoming and ready to answer any of our inquiries.They made sure to clean the apartment and keep it tidy before we entered. Check-in was 3 hours before the advertised time.Very positive! The stay was comfortable and quiet. It provided excellent value for the paid price👌🏼

Good location for Velika plaza and not crowded.

The apartment is at good location,short walk through old camp site to the Long beach - beginning of the beach. There are chairs with umbrellas and a bar,also possibility to bring your own. Around the apartment are couple of local places to eat and small supermarket,about 10mins walk a lot of places to choose from (we recommend Lovac restaurant). It is about 10km down the road to the kitesurfing beach,easy drive by car or ride by bike. The old town Ulcinj is not far,but the traffic is catastrophic. We had view of the old river and it was nice sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The room was very spacious,enough place for everything, with kitchen small corner. The people around very nice.

Great choice for families with children

It is near the beach and around the corner from street with restorants, shops and amusement park. In that regard location is better than many in Štoj, which only has only one smaller street like this). Beds are comfy an clean (bedding and towels get changed every few days) Host is very helpful and is very responsive for all our complains/requests.

Property has a private parking in its back yard, but the passage leading to it is very narrow and caused some anxiety every time we went trough it (hyundai tucson has 10cm on each side). Location is on western edge of the long Beach so if you are visiting beaches on east (kite surfing) be prepared for very long congestion in late afternoon when everyone is returning from beach (50min). Tip: use the road just above the beaches to save some time. Floor under bed was not cleaned for a while. We had few equipment malfunctions (water boiler, water for the toilet) but all were fixed as soon as reported.

Superb

The hosts were a great help - printed our boarding tickets, get us taxi in the morning etc.! Thank you very much for smooth stay and nice welcome. Beds were wide and very comfortable. Balcony with kitchenette very spacious. There was everything for cooking but we didnt test it as we spend whole days at the beach. Short walk to the beach and convenient location (caffee with fresh burek and sweets just next to the apt., market 2 min. by walk, restairants around) makes this apartment a superb beach vacation spot for those, who just wants to enjoy sun. The street is calm and we got apt. with river view, that was very nice as well. Beach was 5 min. by walk: wide, beautiful, very suitable for children with shallow entrance. Pair of sunbeds with umbrella goes for 20€ for a whole day.

The optimal location, close to the beach and at the same time in the middle of the throbbing life, specific to the holiday, just by a few steps... Shops, restaurants, bakery all greeted you kindly and a range of products. And last but not least, I want to appreciate the kindness, involvement and dedication of the owner, Ali, an exceptional man, who makes, through his activity and effort, so that you feel... Home...

Good location, beach not too far

Bathroom facilities old, kitchen is im balcony so basically kitchen furniture is installed in balcony. Water trap broke and we asked for help and the owner started to scream to me and my family. I found the owners not welcoming.
