New apartments, good location but a noisy
Lack of basic things - there is no soap or glasses/plates, no additional bedsheets. Apartments are not soundproof so you can hear basically everything indoor or outdoor

У вас сломанная Лейка для душа.
Локация очень удобна, рядом проход к заведению Amore где оточень вкусно и доступно. Пляж не далеко, Cobo лучший. Рядом куча магазинов. Все новенькое, чистое. Есть холодильник. Есть полотенца. До ночлега в одну ночь шикарно.
Самое важное из минусов, все слышно. Входные двери в номер, межкомнатные. Когда соседи приходили автоматически на коридоре включался свет и так было шумно что много раз просыпались. Кондиционер прям над головой. Вообще не удобно. Нет одеяла. Если выбрать что б открыть окна шум дороги. Нет сушилки для вещей, это плохо если вы останетесь на долго. Нет чашек, тарелок, но есть холодильник. Берите с собой туда наборчик) Напор воды скачет. Лейка в душевой сломана протекала. Штора липла к телу. Лучше б застеклили чем шторка. Нет мыла для рук. Вода в сток нормально не стекает. За эту цену в принципе это не проблема кроме шума и сломанной лейки.
