Gazi Area close to Metro

This apartment is a 10 minute pleasant walk to all the touristy spot, while being located in a quiet and residential area. It also conveniently is very close to the metro stop on the line to both the airport and the ferry port. The apartment itself is exactly like in the photos: clean, comfy and equipped with everything you may need. It is perfect for two people, and for a short or medium lenght stay. The bed is also very comfortable. We slept with all windows open with no noise issue, and there was a pleasant breeze because of all the windows. In case you prefer windows closed, there is also AC. Nico, the host, is incredibly friendly and will send you the most precise instructions from the moment you land until you set foot inside the apartment. He also sent over so many reccomendations for Athens and food spots over all!

A lovely cozy clean apartment, washing machine and the owner had the nessesarry medicine to be able to wash , microwave,kitchen ,oven ,smart TV , air-conditioning,hot water for shower, Quite and peaceful neighbourhood,two streets further a lot of restaurants and night clubs ,metro station (kerameikos)7 minutes walk , excellent communication with the owner Mr. Nikos,a very polite person interested to make your stay easy ,thank you

Although it wasn't a problem for us I must say that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and the building doesn't have elevator

Excellent communication by the host, good location, clean apartment, very comfortable bed, quiet.

Just to note that the building does not have a lift, which didn't really bother us.

Είναι πολύ κοντά στο Γκάζι, η πρόσβαση στο μετρό απέχει μόλις πολύ λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια, έχει θέσεις για παρκάρισμα και είναι ήσυχα καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας και της νύχτας. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καθαρό και έχει παροχές, όπως σίδερο & σιδερώστρα, πιστολάκι και Wifi.

Οι μπαλκονόπορτες και οι σίτες έχουν πρόβλημα στο άνοιγμα και στο κλείσιμο. Το κλιμακοστάσιο δεν είναι και ό,τι πιο καθαρό έχω δει. Επίσης, πρόβλημα έχει και το τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου.
