Stylish Boutique Loft With Private Balcony

La station de metro se trouve à 5 min de marche. La grande porte patio fournit une belle lumière du jour. La laveuse à linge et le sèche-linge extérieur ont été pratiques. Il n'y a pas de machine à café, mais il y a plusieurs cafés à proximité. Stationnement facile et à proximité. L'ascenseur fonctionnait à notre arrivée mais ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre départ.

La vue extérieure n'est pas un point fort. Mais personnellement, on y séjournait que pour dormir alors c'était pas un irritant. Les buildings avoisinants sont en construction ou en destruction...ce n'est pas un quartier en vogue.

Overall, we had a good stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and any concerns we had were handled quickly. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived very late at night. I wanted to let the staff know we would be checking in later than expected. I received a message saying they had tried to call the home phone number I had used when making the reservation, which, of course, wasn’t available while we were traveling. I called the property manager to make sure our late arrival wouldn’t be a problem, and fortunately everything was fine. They promptly provided us with the access codes, and check-in was smooth. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions and the metro station. However, the neighborhood felt a little intimidating, especially when arriving late at night. The apartment has a security system that was a bit inconvenient at first, but given the area, it definitely made us feel safer.

The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were generally clean. However, the floors could have been mopped more thoroughly. The apartment is advertised as non-smoking, but we noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. We didn’t use the kitchen, so I can’t comment on the equipment. The hair dryer was barely working and had a damaged end, so it could use replacing. Also, applying makeup was difficult because the only mirror in the apartment wasn’t properly lit—the lights were positioned below the mirror rather than above it, making them ineffective. With a few small improvements, this would be an even better place to stay in Athens.

Great property with easy access to all sights and metro.Stayed one month to work and loft has all amenities needed and great balcony ! Gabriel and team very easy to communicate with if needed
