Not clean and not modern. You can find better!

It was central to everything that’s it!

It was filthy, the moment we arrived this place was not clean. I had to contact them to arrange for someone to come clean the place. A huge disappointment. Dead insects, to dust and someone’s makeup brush left on the floor. The bed is super old and you can smell that the mattress is rotting. They gave me 1 towel for 5 days? I asked for more they wanted to charge me but they didn’t because of the issues I had. No where to put garbage except outside in the backyard where’s theirs cats and whatever roaming at night? You have to ask for simple things there’s no introduction, like for example where do I dump the garbage, how do I get warm water to shower. I wouldn’t be rushing back here.

Our overall stay was very good and we were very satisfied. We would happily stay there again in the future

The property is very clean and ideally located, with easy access to city attractions, restaurants, local shops, and a metro station just steps away, making it very convenient for getting around.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but a few small improvements could make it even better. It would have been helpful to have a few more pots and a saucepan for cooking, as we stayed in a self-catering apartment. The dining chairs felt a little less sturdy, and the beds were softer than what we personally prefer. However, these were only minor points and did not affect our overall experience.

Great apartment for the longer Athens trip

Great big apartment with all facilities for a longer trip. Good proximity to train station.

Main shower head seemed to be broken but alternatives worked. Wifi did not work on first night but fixed itself by the next day.

Comfortable space in centre of gazi

The location was pretty unbeatable, beautiful little side lane in centre of Gazi, seconds from the metro. Easy walk to major attractions like Acropolis, national Observatory. The property was exceptionally clean, better kept than most major hotel chains. Cozy and private courtyard out the back. The apartment was a lot more spacious than I had been expecting, and has a full kitchen! Lots of storage, lovely decor and some cute and well kept indoor plants.

The washing machine needs English instructions. Honestly, I can't think of any faults, truly a 10/10.

The bed is harder than the floor and could not sleep. when we arrived the apartment was not cleaned from the previous tenants, it was messy with dirty towels on the floor and dirty bed.

Great stay. Great value would recommend! Stay here because its close to everything and quiet in the evening.

Close to the metro station, a few steps to heaps of cafe and restaurants. A mini mart 50meters from the apartment. Walking distance to parthenon about 20-25mins walk. Comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Accomodation is just like the photos. Quick response if any questions asked.

The location is great, and staff were very helpful as well. Very central and close to the metro and within walking distance to the acropolis and other sites. Very spacious and looked just like the pictures. Beds were also comfy 🙂

Beautiful flat, amazing location but just some very minor things. It would be good if there were more toiletries, an ironing board and maybe a clothes rack for drying and a mirror in the room available. Also might want to consider changing the dining table and chairs

The place is very well equipped and well located. It's near lovely coffee places and restaurants and just a 20 min walk from the city centre, which is, in fact, a beautiful walk. Recently renovated and well decorated. It has absolutely everything someone needs for a few days' stay. It felt more like home than a cold regular apartment or a hotel room!

This is a great apartment for people who want to explore historic sites of Athens. It is close enough to everything that we wanted to visit. Lots of different places to eat at right next to it. Also a few shops nearby. A little cozy, private(almost) sitting area in the garden. There is also a clothes iron and washing machine. Had a really great stay here!

The unique settings of space with beautiful colors, discreet lighting and plants, give a great sense of comfort and security. The cleanliness of all areas was impeccable! The kitchen is fully equipped and very practical, the living room and bedroom comfortable and bright, the bathroom spacious and fully functional with a very powerful shower. Although we visited the coldest days of winter, the apartment was very warm and remained warm during the night, too!! The communication with the host was also impeccable. By far the most beautiful apartment we have stayed in the center of Athens. Great value for money!! It will definitely be our first choice for all our next visits!! Thank you very much for an unforgettable stay!!
