A little bit noisy, but nothing out of the ordinary for an appartement

Good value for money. Not far from a metro station. Comfortable flat. Kitchen equipped up to the expectations, some cooking ingredients are available, too (e.g. olive oil) and sugar and milk for your daily coffee. Good internet connection.
Elevator is surprisingly small, never seen such a small elevator. There is a football field in hearing distance, on Saturdays evenings you have to put up with the cheering of the football fans. Door handle of the bathroom is loose, notified host, promised to fix it.
