Appartement situé dans un quartier calme. Une station de métro a 5 minutes a pied. Des commerces juste en bas (boulangerie et supermarché) La grande terrasse est un vrai plus ! L'appartement est grand bien rénové très propre et bien équipé (machine a café, machine a laver)
L'eau chaude n'était pas toujours chaude.

Nothing to remark. It could be improved by easing the breakfast and dinner meals having a microwave and a toaster, with small kids these stuff helps a lot. A small table in the “not used” corner of the kitchen would help as well.
