Being next to the Petrolona station is amazing. The flat was very modernly designed.
I really liked the curtains completely black out the room so no light comes through. Sleeping is great in those conditions and I will miss it!
It's also very isolated once you're in, with lots of space.
Could use a stand that can easily hang jackets when you come in.
The bathroom is too small, and the water from the shower would always soak the entire floor outside the shower.

The staff is very nice and helpful. We had great interactions and they were very helpful. They also agreed to a one hour later check out and held our luggage during the day for free. If the neighbours are quiet, the place will be quiet too. It is right across from the green line metro. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it looked nice.
The place needs some very good deep cleaning and some renovations. It is dirty and the linens and towels are very worn down. There is humidity damage right next to the bed that you will inhale during your stay. Plus many spider webs everywhere on the ceiling and in the AC vents. The shower cap is broken and the water pressure is not so good. Everything in the kitchen is dirty so we didn’t feel comfortable using anything there. Also, the terrace can be accessed by other guests in the property so it doesn’t feel so safe and it doesn’t invite you to open the windows wide, a separation of the areas would be welcome. I hope the hosts solve these issues because it is a nice property otherwise with good potential. For the price it should do better by its guests.
