P&P Boutique Apartments

Convenient location

The location was nice, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host provided useful recommendations, including a taxi driver’s contact details and a list of places to visit. Self check-in with a lockbox was also convenient, especially since we arrived late at night.

Unfortunately, communication and organization were quite poor. A day before arrival, we were informed that there was an issue with our booked apartment, so we had to spend the first night in a temporary one on another floor. However, we weren’t initially given the code to collect the keys, and our messages went unanswered, so we had to call several times. The next day’s move was also confusing. We received conflicting instructions about checking out and transferring our luggage. We were told to leave our bags packed for the staff to move, but later received a call because new guests had arrived and found our belongings still there. Eventually, the staff moved everything, but we spent a significant part of our first day dealing with these arrangements instead of enjoying our holiday. There were also some maintenance issues. The staircase lighting and one of the lights inside our apartment weren’t working. Finally, the listing photos were somewhat misleading. We expected the terrace to be connected to our apartment, but it was actually a separate area on the top floor, while our apartment was on the ground floor with very little natural daylight.

Struttura moderna, pulita, in un quartiere tranquillo e vicino alla Metro e il centro di Atene. Staff attento e molto professionale.
