Fantastic location and view (from our room with the balcony). Easy check in process and good communication. Valentina connected us with a valet company, which was efficient and easy.
Bathroom door didn’t stay closed. This could be an easy repair with a latch. We wished there had been breakfast provided and refreshments replenished (there were welcome snacks and beverages on our first day only). No lift would make this very hard for someone with a lot of luggage or mobility issues. But Valentina’s husband helped carry my bag which was lovely.
