Incredible experience. Very boutique, intimate feel to the hotel. Greeted by name, staff incredibly friendly and helpful booking reservations, etc. great room. Best location right next to the heart of Taormina but feeling more private at the same time. But the real star is the ocean/cliff view from the gorgeous patio and pool area. Be sure to plan in enough time just enjoying the facilities. We will be back.

We were dissatisfied with our stay. The hotel is much smaller than the pictures make it look, especially the pool area. The rooms don’t have any coffee machines, the pool is not clean and there is green scum along the pool walls and in the pool. Location is nice and convenient walking distance to the center. For the price, I expected better. The double bed is actually two beds pushed together so you can feel the middle seam. The view from the back is beautiful but that is pretty much it. Theres no other facilities on the premises. They do have a Michelin star restaurant but the menu is very limited, so unless you like pigeon there’s not much available. The rooftop area for breakfast is nice. Our issue with breakfast was that they didn’t label the items that specifically contained allergens and just had a blanket statement saying everything contains nuts.
