Amazing location, near the center of the city. Good beds and a great view from one room. There is a balcony that is great as well, with a view to the street and to the castle. Self check-in is easy to follow.

The bathroom is dated, the handheld shower head does not have a way to be mounted and does not have strong water pressure. Also, the bnb is on the 3rd floor of the building with several flights of stairs to reach the stay, and no lift. When we went, the first floor was under construction so there was no handrail for the first two flights of stairs and no lights. When it is night time, this seems quite dangerous. The apartment also operates on a system where electricity is only active when you are in the room. Therefore, after a hot day being out in the town, the room will be quite hot since the AC won't be active unless you're in the bnb. You will need to wait until AC can bring the rooms to a comfortable temperature. This may also affect charging devices while you're away from the room. Many appliances did not work, such as lamps and the AC unit in one room.

O melhor desta acomodação é a localização, fica bem póximo da entrada principal da cidade, Porta Messina. O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e silencioso.

O apartamento no geral estava limpo, mas a privada não tinha tampa, o que torna totalmete anti higiênico! Também não há suporte para a ducha, o que torna o banho muito desconfortável. Outro fato muito desconfortável é o fato do checkout ser as 9 da manhã e o check in as 15h! Ou seja, você paga por uma diária, mas não pode utilizar o imóvel por 1 dia. Antes das 9 horas já estavam batendo na nossa porta e nos pedindo para sair do imóvel para limpeza. Também não oferecem um local para guardar as malas, nosso trem era as 14h e tivemos que ficar na rua na chuva aguardando o horário. Em nenhum momento encontramos a proprietária, nos foi enviado um video de como entrar alguns minutos antes do checkin com as instruções para entrar. Tive que deixar um dinheiro trocado para pagar a taxa de turismo, assim como em outros locais da Italia ninguém veio receber o dinheiro, tive que arrumar uma maneira de trocar para deixar o dinheiro certo.
