One night was sufficient.

Close to the ocean. The lady care taking for the property was really friendly.

The bedroom didn’t have a mosquito net, so I didn’t feel safe from insects at night.

Incredible beach front location, snorkelling right from the front door step, nice rooms with a deck, comfy beds, great aircon, beautiful half outdoor shower design with complete privacy - also really great location next to local restaurants with live music

Best Bungalows in Amed

I stayed for 5 nights and loved every moment. Location amazing, clean space, great aircon, great bathroom area, bed super comfortable, View FROM bed amazing, no need to feel guilty not getting up in time for sunrise. Loved the banana pancakes for my choice of breakfast served with such fresh cold fruit. Owners are kind, accommodating and friendly. You will really enjoy your stay here.

I found the bed quite hard. My friend in room 3 struggled a lot with loud noise from the bar next door when they have music a couple of nights a week.

I sent 3 emails asking if snorkel visibility was ok … received no reply back !! Visibility was terrible … so I went 3 hours up and three hours back for zero experience The bed was very very hard

A very relaxing seaside stay, very romantic setting, great value for money.

We loved the location right on the Jemeluk bay beach front, 50m from the edge of the ocean. Breakfast on the balcony is amazing, the beds are super comfortable and the room is spacious.

Little bit of noise from bikes and cars from the main road on the backside of the property. Take ear plugs if sensitive to noise while sleeping.

1 egg on 2 pieces of toast for breakfast didnt touch the sides for me. The cottage is 5m from the main road and noisy until midnight. Need ear plugs.

Our only terrible experience in Bali

1) Cockroaches in both bedroom and bathroom 2) Overall run down state of facilities 3) Hygiene from aircon, bathroom, curtains and bed linnen: fungus 4) Live music RIGHT next door from 8pm to 11pm :') 5) Fishermen preparing their boats right in front of your doorstep at 530am 6) There's another ''villa'' right next door where there's always people (family of the property manager) around. Socalled for security, but it's a right privacy annoyance 7) Promising to refund the remaining 2 days after this joke and then ignoring booking.com and refusing to process anything. So we ended up paying 3 nights while we obviously left after 1 at this parody. 8) Scarcest breakfast in our 2 week trip Visit Good Kharma Bungalows, the rooms, people, food, privacy are SO MUCH better.

Great location. There are two nice spots to snorkel just in front of the bungalow. Close to the sunset point (7 min walking) which is a nice place to finish the day. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, arranging our transport to Gili.

A bit noisy since it's very close to the main road. The air conditioning could use some cleaning. Bathroom has seen better days (the toilet sit and toilet paper dispenser could be replaced). The shower did not have much pressure but there was hot water.

Great Host Central Location

The host is excellent

You get what you pay for and in its central location. If you want peace and quiet and isolation, go elsewhere. If you want to be on the beach in the centre of Amed in easy walking distance of the restaurants and bars, this is it.

Superb

The owner and his wife are very kind and will help you as much as they can. The place close to the snorkeling spots and the sunset point. We had hot water, and the bungalow was clean. We had no problems with sleeping, but if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Some bed light would be nice to add.

The absolute gem of Amed! What an incredible and unforgettable stay and experience!

This place was a slice of heaven with Bespolos and his wife being the absolute angels! They went out of their way to ensure our trip was nothing short of incredible! They were informative and always willing to help us. He organised us a scooter and some local fish! He was always willing to answer our questions and we learnt so much about Balinese culture and the community in Amed from them! The accommodation is unbelievable central with restaurants, bars, diving schools, main beach hub and beautiful sites all there! The outside bathroom is just perfect and the cupboards are old fish boats (our favourite detail of the room)! The breakfast was delicious and served at our time of request everyday (which was early because we were diving). I could not recommend this place more if you are looking to experience a real piece of Bali/Amed culture and hospitality! HOPE TO GO BACK! Thank you again to Bespolos and his wife for an unbelievable trip!

We enjoyed our stay, the outside shower/toilet was Hilarious in the rain. You get what you pay for.

Breakfast was small and simple but served with a smile. If you like swimming and snorkelling you would like it here. I did read the reviews and like other people it was a bit nosey with the bar next door but as there was no TV it was something to listen to while trying to go to sleep. Our host was such a lovely lady and would do anything to make your stay enjoyable.

Only had a sheet on the bed so if you sleep with the aircon on you might need to ask for a blanket. It isn't a quiet location and the traffic starts early in the morning which will wake you and the locals sit in front of the villa and can be loud as well.

Great location

The location was fantastic, my bungalow looked out over the ocean. It was clean and quiet. But the restaurant next door has live music 2 times a week, and that was quite loud.

I would have liked some lounge chairs on the beach, but the location makes that not possible.
