Good, basic accommodation right by the beach.

Location was perfect both in terms of the view and accessibility to nearby amenities. Propety was generally well-tended and the staff friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than average for the type of accommodation. The shower ran out of hot water after a very short time.

I will Not stay there again

The only good thing is that is close to the snorkeling spot (great spot) but you can stay somewhere else and just walk there. The Restaurant has good calamary And some good chiken sandwiches (if they put chicken there..maybe a bite of chicken in the whole sandwich) bread was good though - europeean

The stay was awful i could not sleep because the small houses are right at few metters from their restaurant (that night they were some italians - doing in italian dinner - and they spoke a lot) and also in weekend is club there in the area (was so noisy and i could feel the beats boom boom even though was far - the music stoped at 10-11 luckily) The Bathroom - omg was like a public toilet The Restaurant - some of the stuff there not very comsiderate

Paradise on a budget.

A bungalow next to the beach, walk out of your room and step into the sea for a small budget. Perfect. Bungalow was nice and more than big enough and you had the perfect view on the beach and it's boats.

Bathroom smelled quite strong of cleaning products and beside diving and freediving Amed is a bit of a dead place, Breakfast could be better.

Magical location and would definitely return!

Amazing location and view. Friendly staff. Appreciated 2 towels for both showering and swimming. Sheer curtains for privacy without losing the view. Good air conditioning and table and chairs on porch were appreciated as was towel rail for drying snorkelling gear. Only steps away to eat/drink.

Bathroom was very old and a wet room style- overwhelming scent of urinal lollies/ moth ball smell. Bed was extremely firm which might suit some people but I personally prefer a softer mattress.

Absolutely phenomenal spot, with the snorkelling right outside the bungalow being gorgeous (so many different types of tropical fish). The people were incredibly helpful and offered lots of services e.g food, hiring snorkelling gear, organising a driver, and fishing trips.

Good location near my favorite dive shop Fresh Fins Diving, good breakfast / lunch / dinner and very nice sunrise view. Room was clean, bed comfortable, working AC.

Great location and value for money.

Staff were super friendly. The owner Katut and his family are beautiful. Good food and amazing snorkeling literally off your front patio. 🤩 Katut took us fishing one morning at our request, but even warned us before we booked that the fish hadn’t been bitting.

Bathroom is very basic. Fishing boats on the beach spoil the view of the ocean, but you eventually get used to them.

I loved the location & the kind family. Right on the beach. Can see the ocean from bed. The deck outside is a great place to chill and the restaurant is right next door. They rent snorkel gear and you can Ketut to take you out on a boat ride to snorkel.

The bed was hard, curtains falling down & not clean. The toilet was next to the shower.

Fantastic stay. Duglus and Sari are wonderful hosts. Nothing was ever too much to ask and Duglus is great to sit and chat to about the local area. It was a lovely family filled little place. Highly recommend

Breakfast is fairly basic but all other meals were good and there are plenty of places to eat near by.

HIDDEN BEACHFRONT SNORKELING HEAVEN GEM

.(Teman Teman II) is now Coconut Beach Bungalows & Warung, 3 stand alone queen bed bungalows with direct access to the beach, ocean and coral. The food in the Warung is beautiful and fresh, fish especially as Kadek is the fisherman. Snorkeling gear for hire - Batfish right out the front and to the left, dont miss them... Then snorkel over to the right, so much to see in Scorpion fish, parrot fish, myriads of wrasse, trumpet fish etc etc BOOKING HINT Rm 3 - Is larger bedroom eg suitcases 👌 Rm 2 - Has the best view 🙏 Rm 1 - Further away from the restaurant 😁

The only things I could do with was a fridge (you can use theirs but your own in your room would be much better), kettle, cups and saucers. New bedsheets, pillowcases and towels, inc beach towels if snorkeling right out the front all day.

We could see the beach from bed! Big comfy bed, air con worked well. Staff were really friendly and always there when needed. Simple but tasty breakfast.

The shower didn’t have a big supply of hot water, we didn’t mind that as it was so hot in the day but others might.

Douglas and Sari are the most lovely hosts. Sari is an excellent cook, so is Ketut. We were there for 3 days and didn’t go anywhere else to eat! Our bungalow was clean and comfortable. Perfect location to catch the sunrise and you can snorkel right out front. Great value for money. Thank you 🙏🏽

Amazing value right on the beach.

Perfect location on the beach and close to most of the bars restaurants and dive shops. The family is so nice and helped me when the atm ran out of money by giving me a ride to the next one. They are friendly and jovial. The bed is comfortable. Room is clean. Veg omelette is pretty damn amazing.

I really liked this place. It’s basic but that’s the price. It’s clean so there is nothing wrong with it. There are no open windows so you must sleep with the AC on. I didn’t mind but if you don’t like AC maybe not for you.

Pleasant stay directly at the beach

Friendly staff. Bungalows are directly at the beach with view of the ocean from the terrace. Clean room. Basic breakfast with 3 different options. You can rent snorkel gear. The coral reef is a bit on the left-hand side of the guesthouse, the underwater temple on the right-hand side (marked with a black buoy). Good food at the restaurant.

A bit noisy due to the location at the mainroad. No soap.

Really enjoyed! I stayed for 1 night, all great, stuff is nice, sea view, recommend – for these money it’s perfect option. But the only one thing you need to know – you’ll not be able to sleep till noon cause probably super loud noise from boats (shore is full of small boats) in the morning. I woke up at 7:30. But it’s alright, cause my mood was perfect and view from my room was awesome.

Perfect little stay, no complaints.

The property is perfectly located on the beach and next to a bike rental shop, which meant it was easy for us to snorkel the beautiful reef and explore Amed. The rooms are simple yet clean and perfect for a couple of nights stay. The staff are welcoming and friendly, they looked after us very well. Would really recommend the rooms looking onto the beach.

The best place to stay in Amed (and probably all Bali) is the best location, right in front of the underwater temple, crystal clear water, the family here is amazing, I'm solo traveling and they made me feel like part of the family and got me involved in their activities. I will come back soon for sure. I recommend this place 100%

Superb

This small family hotel is the happiest choice. Its strategic location in Jemeluk Bay is perfect. In the morning you see an amazing sunrise from the room, you can watch the work of the fishermen. The cuisine is excellent at local prices. They rent snorkeling equipment, and with Owner Ketut you can go morning fishing or evening ocean cruising at sunset. The en suite room is simply but very clean. on the street everywhere within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend.
