Shell Luxury Residences with Pool and Whirlpool

Zadar nagyon jó részén, kikötő mellett, szuperül felszerelt a lakás. A medence nagyon kellemes reggel 8-tól este 10ig használható. A boattaxi közvetlenül a ház előtt köt ki. Közel vannak strandok, és minden könnyen elérhető. A házigazda segítőkész. Ha hasonló kategóriájú szállást kéne ajánlanom Zadarba akkor ezt mindenképpen tudom ajánlani. Gyerekkel is ideális volt, az egész család jól érezte magát.

Host was super friendly and met us to collect our luggage before check in! Overall a super clean and spacious place. The tiny yard and sizable patio were fantastic. The jacuzzi was a big hit and got serviced during our stay so that it would stay clean and safe to use. The kitchen is a dream and the washing machine made our visit completely lovely. The apartment is located across the street from the water taxi directly to old town (only runs from June 1st) and the city bus stop which takes you to the main stop (Post Office) which is about two blocks from the bridge to old town. Would stay again!

Be advised! The bedroom doors are broken and don’t close. There goes privacy and kids wake up a lot due to noises. Also the door to the backyard didn’t close completely and didn’t lock. Many of the screens on the windows were broken. Other people had complained about the above issues so we thought it would have been fixed by the time of our trip but it hadnt been. There is also a little section in the backyard that is not safe for little kids (the fence stops and leaves a gap - big enough for a toddler to fall 2 meters deep). Not really a view unless you stand in just the right spots. There are two full bathrooms but neither was attached to the bedroom. The master bedroom mattress was not great.
