Shell Luxury Residences with Pool and Whirlpool

perfect spot to enjoy a brilliant city. Near to the Marina with plenty of shops and restaurants and (pebble) beach very nearby. old town is 30 min walk or short taxi ride away. extremely clean and comfortable and plenty of room for 3 young and 2 slightly less young adults. hosts couldn't be more accommodating and answered any queries pretty much immediately. spa pool a real treat and the shared pool very quiet and secluded. could not recommend highly enough.

This is a great modern condo with a luxury kitchen with a dishwasher, induction cook plate, oven, microwave and freezer. The place is big and it certainly can host 6 people (we were a party of 4). The condo was clean on arrival and we didn't need to clean on departure (but we left it sweep clean with all dishes done and the garbage taken out). Beds were comfortable. The garden is great to sit in but it was very hot when we were there so we didn't use it. The jacuzzi was nice. The pool was nice as well, it is part of the complex and thus a community pool. You reach it through the garage. The car park was very convenient, underneath the building with an assigned spot. Location is great as well, it's a 10 minute drive to the city center or you can take a taxi boat in walking distance to the center. We had a great stay and we would book it again.

One bathroom had a bath tub that would only fill very slowly, with no shower curtain or glass divider, making it difficult to shower in there without making a mess. The other bathroom with a shower was missing a door, also causing water splashing all over. Other point was that the wifi router was very weak. It didn't reach into the garden or the furthest away bedroom. This should be easily solvable with a better router. Wifi speeds were OK.

Host was super friendly and met us to collect our luggage before check in! Overall a super clean and spacious place. The tiny yard and sizable patio were fantastic. The jacuzzi was a big hit and got serviced during our stay so that it would stay clean and safe to use. The kitchen is a dream and the washing machine made our visit completely lovely. The apartment is located across the street from the water taxi directly to old town (only runs from June 1st) and the city bus stop which takes you to the main stop (Post Office) which is about two blocks from the bridge to old town. Would stay again!

Be advised! The bedroom doors are broken and don’t close. There goes privacy and kids wake up a lot due to noises. Also the door to the backyard didn’t close completely and didn’t lock. Many of the screens on the windows were broken. Other people had complained about the above issues so we thought it would have been fixed by the time of our trip but it hadnt been. There is also a little section in the backyard that is not safe for little kids (the fence stops and leaves a gap - big enough for a toddler to fall 2 meters deep). Not really a view unless you stand in just the right spots. There are two full bathrooms but neither was attached to the bedroom. The master bedroom mattress was not great.
