Perfect stay

Great stay on the out skirts of Zadar, in a nice apartment, in a nice area with a great host

Location was good in a nice area, about a 25 minute walk to the old town / centre of Zadar, Rafael is a wonderful person and made us feel very welcome, very nice to talk to and gave us advice on local restaurants, local beach, best way to walk to Zadar old town and gave us information on the best buses to catch. Great apartment, very clean and good facilities, kitchen area is small but that didn't effect us, big bedroom with plenty cloth of hanging space, bathroom a good size with a good shower.

Decent apartment with unpleasant staff

Decent apartment and nice location to a fair price.

The hospitality of the host as you always felt like you were being watched and did not have full privacy. The father was in several occasions nagging about something with a lot of gesturing, bus as he had no english skills, communication was hard - everything from shouting outside our apartment within our first hour, doing chores at our terrace "coincidentally" the second we came back from the beach, and letting us know for the 10th time when check out was insinuating we had no clue how time works. For some reasons he treated us like we were kids as he instead of a polite approach when notifying us, his appearance felt more aggressive and with a derogatory tone for the most part - but that may be because of their "regular guests" seeming to be a little bit older than in their late 20s as us and therefore treating us thereby. We did not feel as welcome as we hoped, and would probably not recommend this for younger people if you have other similar options.

Perfect location. A bus ride from Zadar and bus just outside on the street. Lots of lovely eating places, super beaches and great sunset. Great accomadation, very comfortable, with a little balcony.

Nice spacious room, it’s modern and pretty. fast internet, location 5 minutes walk from the sea, shop just in next building to the apartments. Parking available

No cleaning the room, and zero changing towels for fresh for 6 days. I don’t say it should be cleaning everynight like in hotel but I think this should be improved, at least once per 3 nights would be much better then nothing. Balcony is actually the part of the corridor in front of the apartment enterance

Perfect apartment for couples

Very clean, professional looking, kitchenette with about everything, microwave, fridge, etc... Parking is easy, it's private. Table with chairs outside(we stayed on ground apartment). Payment in cash, kuna, we payed later on first day. Perfect location, supermarket at 10s, restaurants and coffee bars, beach close by foot. Host very friendly, helpful if you have any questions, does not speak much English, however if you call at the humber the host's son speaks English and will help you out as well. Will stay again.

Large bed but 2 mattress instead of a large one. TV had some delays and froze sometimes.

Odlična lokacija, ljubazni domaćini i parking unutar objekta

Objekt je na odličnoj lokaciji, izuzetno čist, sa parkingom unutar prostora domaćini ljubazni i uvijek spremni pomoći. Predivan i iskoristiv balkon u hladu skoro cijeli dan.

Kuhinjski pribor bi trebalo nadopuniti sa priborom i posuđem. Ne bi škodio još jedan element na kojem bi se pripremala hrana.

Na 7 dni ciepła woda była tylko jeden dzień, dodatkowo w łazience był bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, który utrzymywał się przez cały pobyt.

Calme et agréable

Propre, bien organisé, l’arrivée est facile car il y a une personne qui nous accueille et nous parle en français. La chambre est spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangement. Que du positif. Une petite épicerie à un jet de pierre. Stationnement sur le terrain.

La personne au-dessus marchait avec des souliers à talon dur qu’on entendait, mais c’est un détail dans l’ensemble c’était très bien.
