A wonderful place to stay in Zadar with a luxurious feel. Highly recommend and will visit again

Super clean and stylish, in a beautiful location close to beaches and restaurants. The apartment felt private and quiet and the host was very accommodating and helpful. We had everything we needed and the pool was wonderful to keep cool and relax by.

Perfect stay for families!

Great apartment, had everything we needed as a family of 3. Close to the beach, restaurants and small supermarkets. The pool was wonderful to cool down in on a hot day. The owners greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the apartment pointing everything out.

A wonderful trip, property is fantastic and peaceful. Marta was very helpful, would absolutely stay again.

Property is very clean, the facilities are great. The pool and roof terrace are great for lazy days but the location is also great for venturing into town. Plenty nice restaurants around the area and only a short walk to the water taxi from the harbour to the old town.

Lena's apartments had everything you could wish for and surrounding area had great amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarket). The hosts were very flexible when we had a delayed arrival. Pool and communal spaces were lovely addition. 10/10 stay

Perfect property for family

The host is so approachable and attentive. The apartment is in pristine condition. Parking is provided. There are very good choices of restaurants around the property and also supermarket. Zadar town centre is 20mins away on car. Pretty much nothing to fault the property.

Pefect place to be

The host was incredibly accommodating, making everything possible and ensuring we had the best time. The location was peaceful yet conveniently accessible by Uber to all nearby attractions. We especially loved the swimming pool and the rooftop area!

Good modern, clean accommodation in a quiet area.

Very good standard of accommodation. Very clean. Lovely pool and rooftop terrace. Check in was easy too. The area is residential and you can either walk or Uber to the Old Town (2 miles, €4-5 in Uber). Supermarkets close by.

There is some construction near by - probably another couple of months before it’s finished. Not awful, but when sunbathing you can hear it.

Lovely comfortable stay with neat storage and very well equipped, spacious apartment - close to beach and fantastic restaurants. Short Uber or electric scooter to Zadar old town. (55 min scenic walk). Welcome pool and terrace. Top hosts - Marta was lovely - thank you!

Since it’s a newer development there’s lots of construction and they start promptly at 7am. So if you plan on sleeping in this is not the location for you.

Very friendly, helpful service and luxury apartment

Everything was very clean, new and high-end, with things like heated bathroom floors. Everything you might need was provided, including tablets for the dishwasher and anti-mosquito plug-ins. It felt very secure and the soundproofing of the whole apartment made it very quiet. The rooftop terrace was fantastic, with plenty of equipment including an ice bucket and fridge with ice maker. The owners, especially Marta, were onsite every day and were incredibly friendly, always available for any questions and were more than happy to help make our stay enjoyable, with recommendations of where to eat etc. The neighbourhood is quiet but within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and beaches. We also walked to the old town a couple of times, which is a bit further but there are regular buses if you preferred.

pool is tiny (more of a plunge pool) with only 4 sun loungers and no umbrellas for shade. lots of new buildings being built in the neighbourhood so views of building sites and quite noisy.

All great! Very clean and cozy, very nice & friendly owner and his family. The pool was great. The apartment is close to the city (by car) and you can find some great beaches, bars, shops and restaurants around this awesome place. You’ll need for sure a car if you want to safe time but for us it was perfect especially with the parking lots who are covered (shadow). All perfect and good.

Excellent vacation home

Great location, amazing hosts! Beautiful decorated rooms with very comfortable beds, windows are soundproof and with shutters. Everything is brand new and well thought - pool was also very nice. Location was great as the beach is around the corner. One can also have a great morning run next to the marina to the old town. We also discovered a fantastic restaurant 4min aways.
