TOP APARTMENT - Don't hesitate to book

We spent a great time in Joanna's loft where we had everything that we needed for our stay - Big appartment with 2 balconies with views of the sea and great scenery - 12 minutes from a lovely quiet beach and 6 minutes from a large Greek Supermarket and a road with many cafes , bakeries and restaurants. Joanna is a brilliant host - kind and willing to help with any questions you may have - She even cooked us a traditional Cretan Breakfast a couple of times during our 10 day stay which was delicious so thanks a lot Joanna - I recommend 10/10 this apartment and when we return to Kissamos we will definately stay here and finally it really is good value for money.

Spacious, clean, and convenient apartment

Joanna was a wonderful and gracious host, and the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Parking was free and easily found, and the location allowed easy access to the main road.

A microwave oven would have been nice, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Satisfactory room and experience

I feel very fortunate for choosing to stay at Joanna's loft. Joanna is a very friendly person as described in the reviews, we arrived a little late (11PM) but she still greeted us and introduced us to the flat. Joanna was very attentive ，had information in the room about the surrounding beaches for reference, as well as providing both bath towels to take out for swimming and towels for indoor bathing. In terms of the rooms there is air conditioning that is cold enough, a kitchen with cooking utensils as well as a washing machine, laundry detergent, drying utensils and so on. On our last day, Joanna provided us with delicious handmade desserts for which we were grateful. We also hope Joanna will like the little panda doll we left with (as a gift).

The flat is spacious and well equipped with a nice big balcony all around. AC is working very well. Parking always available just under the building. Joanna is welcoming and supportive, very helpful with advice about places to visit locally. The building is new and is in a relatively quiet residential area on a hill and not that close to the sea. However it is relatively easy to access stores and other facilities in the town by car, or a 10-minute walk but hill is steep.

Everything was brilliant! The apartment was really large and beautiful, and Joanna was super warm and helpful! She left some desserts on the table everyday and gave us some olive oil (actually, a lot) from her farm as gift. Really very nice experience! Would warmly recommend it to everyone!

Plenty of air and light, thanks to surrounding terraces. Different vistas around. The host lady was discreet and amicable. Very safe surrounding-maybe because semi-rural. Lift at your disposal-very convenient for the luggage, or when one is tired

Without GPS its almost impossible to find this property. Featured rooftop terrace view misleading-expected it to be the apartments terrace. Opposite schoolyard could be very loud in the early mornings-for those who want to sleep.

A very good and strategic place for a sightseeing of the Western Cretan coast

We liked the warm welcome from Joanna with her sweets. We arrived really late but it wasn't a problem. The very good location is perfect for a sightseen of all the Western coast of Creta. The house is really quite, with great balconies and the overview of the sea. Not expensive, Joanna's house offers large spaces for a family, also for long stays. You can park in front of the house and their supermarket downstairs is really useful. Thank you Joanna

A beautiful place to stay with the family, far away from crowds.

The host Joanna was very helpful and hospitable. She gave us some tips about the most beautiful places and beaches to visit around. She also prepared for us delicious pastries for breakfast and brought us her own veggies. We really enjoyed our stay there.

There should more hangers for towels in the bathroom.

Very nice and huge appartmant, very well equipped and very clean. Close to sea, shops and big supermarkets but still quite. The balkony is just soooo amazing, never seen anything like that size before. Host was super friendly and kind, gave us welcome traditional pastry and during the week traditional home made wine and spirits. Joanna also recommended locations where is not windy and is was so useful to know the secret on the day:) I have been travelling for many years now over the world and never met as nice host as Joana is. Highly recommend this place even if you are planning to travel around Crete.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr schön. Joanna ist ein herzensguter Mensch. Total klasse war das von ihr zubereitet Frühstück und die leckeren Kekse zur Begrüßung.

Appartamento grande e funzionale e proprietaria super

Appartamento molto grande e spazioso, arredamento un pò datato e poco marinaro ma funzionale e comodo. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice e Nespresso molto apprezzate e abbiamo trovato anche detersivo e capsule. Joanna, la proprietaria, ci ha coccolato in ogni dettaglio trovando tutto quello che serve in una casa normalmente, e con degli extra particolari, come una colazione tipica cretese preparata da lei e un regalo alla nostra partenza. Oltre a tutte le informazioni turistiche che possono servire.

Il materasso del letto matrimoniale sarebbe da sostituire. Purtroppo non abbiamo mai potuto mangiare sul terrazzo perché alla mattina c'è il sole quindi servirebbe almeno un ombrellone, e comunque essendo il terrazzo accessibile dalla cameretta, è estremamente scomodo fare avanti e indietro.

Soggiorno perfetto

L'appartamento è assolutamente perfetto per una famiglia: 2 camere, 2 bagni un'ampia cucina/area giorno e un terrazzo immenso dove potere mangiare all'aperto. La cucina è come quella di casa con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari inclusa lavastoviglie, forno e lavatrice. Sono a disposizione anche i detersivi e la cose basilari per cucinare (sale, spezie ecc..). nsomma c'è tutto l'occorrente per stare come a casa e se manca qualcosa Joanna, la proprietaria, è sempre disponibile. Ad esempio ho chiesto se era possibile avere un secondo cuscino perché ho problemi al collo e lei me ne ha fornito uno ortopedico. C'è l'aria condizionata ma l'appartamento è cosi ben arieggiato che noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Joanna è stata così gentile da accoglierci con dei biscotti e prepararci anche una abbondantissima colazione fatta in casa a base di specialità locali e ci ha sempre guidato in ogni nostra necessità per le spiagge da visitare i locali dove mangiare o i luoghi dove fare shopping. Insomma abbiamo avuto un soggiorno perfetto Grazie Joanna!!!

Vynikající ubytování, doporučuji i na delší pobyty

Skvělé ubytování, rozhodně doporučuji. Byt výborně vybavený, všechno fungovalo bezchybně. Parkování hned u domu zdarma. Velmi prostorný vzdušný byt i ohromné terasy orientované na různé strany a částečně zastíněné, takže se na nich dalo sedět kdykoliv během dne. Byt čistý, vkusně zařízený. Výhled hezký, zčásti i na moře. Joanna je úžasná hostitelka, Kissamos je velmi příjemné místo na dovolenou u moře

La gentilezza e disponibilità della padrona di casa sono state davvero stupende. La zona è molto tranquilla adatta a famiglie, diversi posti per cenare e supermarket vicinissimi. In generale cordialità e gentilezza in particolare verso i bambini, un po' in tutto il paese.

Ospitalità eccezionale

L'appartamento si trova a poca distanza dal centro e dal mare di Kissamos, in una posizione abbastanza tranquilla e comoda ai servizi. L'appartamento è di ampie metrature con due camere, due bagni, un'ampia zona soggiorno ed un fantastico terrazzo (attrezzato) che lo circonda, da cui si possono vedere scorci di mare. La cucina è ben attrezzata (non manca nulla!) così come l'intero appartamento (lavastoviglie/stendibiancheria/lavatrice/detersivi/saponi...). Dotate di aria condizionata sia la camera principale che la zona giorno. Pulizia ottima! E' stato un piacere conoscere Johanna, una perfetta host. Fin dal nostro arrivo si è mostrata disponibilissima accogliendoci alle 00:30 a causa del ritardo del volo.In frigo, ad attenderci, dolcetti fatti in casa ed acqua. Durante il soggiorno ha poi voluto omaggiarci anche di una colazione tipica grega con prodotti da lei preparati e servita direttamente in appartamento. Johanna è sempre stata disponibile a darci consigli durante tutta la permanenza e, avendo il volo del rientro in tarda serata, ci ha permesso di restare qualche ora in più dandoci così la possibilità di scoprire un'altra spiaggetta di Creta. La sua costante disponibilità, la sua cordialità e la sua dolcezza hanno contraddistinto il soggiorno presso la sua struttura.

Kissamos è una posizione strategica per visitare le migliori spiagge occidentali di Creta. Paesino piccolo ma comunque ben servito da supermercati,mini market, farmacie e tutti i servizi necessari. Tanti i cani nella zona, talvolta un po' chiassosi.

Excepcional, apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario, muy buena ubicación ya que desde Kissamos queda tanto Chania como Balos/Falsarna muy cerca. Joanna es maravillosa, nos hizo estar como en casa, entorno muy familiar. Lo recomendaríamos sin dudar y repetiríamos

Incantevole

La struttura era molto vicina alle spiagge , molto tranquilla sembrava di stare isolati dal mondo ma in realtà è posizionata a due minuti dal centro. Il terrazzo era bellissimo,nonostante il caldo si stava molto freschi. La signora è di una gentilezza unica, nel nostro soggiorno ci ha offerto una colazione tipica greca davvero buonissima.

Hier fühlt man sich wohl!

Ein sehr schönes, neues, geräumiges und makellos sauberes Apartment, ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg in einer ruhigen Gegend und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Strand, Zentrum und Supermarkt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin Joanna ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns am zweiten Morgen ein wunderbares kretisches Frühstück serviert, mit selbst gebackenen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Apartment absolut für einen Aufenthalt in Kissamos empfehlen.

Joanna (Ioana) ne-a asteptat cu o farfurie cu cozonac, un zambet prietenos si cald, desi am ajuns dupa ora 22.00. Ne-a condus pana in apartamentul inchiriat si ne-a oferit concis detaliile necesare pentru a incepe sejurul. De-a lungul sejurului am primit repede si amabil toate raspunsurile solicitate cu privire la localitate, restaurante, magazine, plaje pentru copii samd. Cladirea detine lift pentru bagaje si/sau pentru persoane care au dificultati cu scarile. Este pozitionata intr-o zona linistita, ferita de trafic.

Een geweldig verblijf in een mooi en ruim appartement

Het appartement was ruim, met een heel groot terras op twee zijden van het huis. De keuken was prima ingericht en de ligging leuk. Rustig, ca. 200 m van de doorgaande weg en naast een basisschool. We werden heel aardig ontvangen door Joanna en kregen regelmatig een presentje (sinasaapels, eieren, raki, olie een ontbijtje, …). Ze stond altijd voor ons klaar. Kissamos heeft veel te zien, zoals de stranden van Balos en Falassarna en het mooie binnenland. Ook Chania en Elafonissie zijn prima te bereiken.
