Excellent view from the terrace and great location. Joanna has been an amazing host.
We had some issues with hot water but probably because we were there out of season (visited at the end of March). Some of the rooms on the third floor were a bit cold. The rooms on the first floor were fine.

We spent a great time in Joanna's loft where we had everything that we needed for our stay - Big appartment with 2 balconies with views of the sea and great scenery - 12 minutes from a lovely quiet beach and 6 minutes from a large Greek Supermarket and a road with many cafes , bakeries and restaurants. Joanna is a brilliant host - kind and willing to help with any questions you may have - She even cooked us a traditional Cretan Breakfast a couple of times during our 10 day stay which was delicious so thanks a lot Joanna - I recommend 10/10 this apartment and when we return to Kissamos we will definately stay here and finally it really is good value for money.

L'appartement est très bien situé.
Il est parfaitement équipé et l'accueil de Joanna est exceptionnel et le petit déjeuner typique qu'elle nous a préparé était excellent 👌 toutes ses petites ont contribué au plaisir que nous avons eu à séjourner chez elle

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr schön. Joanna ist ein herzensguter Mensch. Total klasse war das von ihr zubereitet Frühstück und die leckeren Kekse zur Begrüßung.
Die Betten waren für uns zu hart - persönliches Befinden -
