The perfect holiday, relaxing at times and active when we wanted it to be active.

The warm welcome we received from the owner was lovely. We were given a full description of how equipment worked in the property on our arrival. If we wanted anything we just had to contact the owner who was always willing and able to answer and sort out our queries. The owner was visible around the property on many occasions and would ask if we were okay and needed anything. It was everything we wanted and more. From sitting round the pool and swimming to being close to local activities and the beach being 10 minutes walking distance away. Tavernas were also 5 minutes walking distance away which was very convenient as we didn’t have a car. The Residence was well equipped with everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday, from dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toaster, coffee maker and a supply of basic food when we arrived such as bread, cheese for a toastie and a bottle of water. As it is self catering there was a supermarket just around the corner for all our food and drink requirements. The bathroom had full toiletries from shower gels, shampoo and hand wash in them. The on-suite in every bedroom was very nice as our teenage daughter was able to have her own bathroom, enabling her to be independent.

Wonderful stay

The accommodation was perfect, with modern and well decorated interiors and everything you could need including excellent air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher etc. It was also kept exceptionally clean, and the pool was great too. The properties are very close to Kissamos restaurants, supermarkets and a short drive to some amazing beaches (Falassarna was our fav). The host Christopher was wonderful, nothing was ever too much trouble and made us feel very welcome. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great space with a shared pool and very close to the sea.

Great location about 2 streets back from the sea and all the restaurants. Great villa complex with lots of internal modern space. Very helpful manager Christopher who met us and made us feel very welcome. There is a large Synka supermarket 5 mins walk which has everything you need for your stay.

Couldn’t recommend more. The house is impeccable and all appliances are new. The place is relatively close by car from the most famous beaches. There are also restaurants and a supermarket near the place. Special thanks to Cristopher for the recommendations.

Overall very high standard fit out, nothing to remark there. Good restaurants in the strip along the sea (few minutes walk) and great supermarket in the other side

The immediate surroundings are a complete let-down compared to the accommodation it self. Various accommodation owners should work together with municipality and other property owners to clean it up. Also, the outdoor space and swimming pool are comparatively small and will be crowded when the complex is fully booked. The main reason for most travellers to stay here is the proximity to Kissamos Port, from which daily boat service to Balos and Gramvousa is available. Somehow, various accommodation owners could capitalize more on this - maybe even organising more private boat trips...

Hidden Gem in Kissamos!

The hospitality was impressive. Christopher helped me with any question or booking I needed in a very timely fashion! The location is wonderful, just steps to the seaside/restaurants on one side and down the hill from the main centre/shops/restaurants. Grocery store around the corner for all your needs.

Very clean, modern and spacious villas! Air conditioners in every room and shutters for sleeping in! Christopher was amazing!!! He helped us with recommendations, reservations for dinner, connected us with a private boat and captain for Balos, and even helped my brother in law reserve a private transfer and ferry tickets to Santorini afterwards with very short notice (and dropped off an extra set of keys when he locked himself out). Check in and check out was very easy.

Location was close to water but was not swimmable; surrounding area has a few abandoned buildings with graffiti but area looked like it was in the process of being revitalized.

Great villas in kissanos

Great property, new, clean, quite, the villa is big enough to accommodate 6 people. Everything is of high quality and absolutely worth the money. It’s located 8 minutes walk to the sandy beach and just around the corner there is a promenade with lots of tavernas and restaurants. 2 minutes walk is a big supermarket where you can find everything you need. The owner is very nice and friendly and really helping and giving some tips if you have any questions or issues: perfect place to stay with your big family.

Excelent place where to stay in Kissamos

Everything. Place was very nice, everything was clean and new. in real life everything looks even better as in the photos. One of the best we have stayed. Villa was equipped with everything you may need. Our host was amazing. He recommended good options where to go and what we must see and as well suggested the places where we can go for a lunch / dinner. If you are going to Kissamos, I highly recommend this place, you will do not regret this choice.

The apartment/house is great. We can find everything we need there. The furniture is quite new and the owner takes care of every detail. The place is close to Balos beach (by car it's about 15 minutes to where we can park), which is very close considering how you can get to Balos. It is also just an hour away from Elafonisi beach. The owner is a great hoster. He was so kind, giving us some breakfast treats, suggestions for places and restaurants to visit, and being helpful with anything we needed. I only have good words to say about my stay at Limosa Luxury Residences.

Amazing place ,it was much better than our expectations .Emmanouil the owner was the nicest person I've ever met in Greece, nothing was a problem for him. He was making sure our stay was comfortable and with the high standards. Cleaning service was very good. The Villa was equipped very well. (kitchen appliances and utensils, towels bath robe ,slippers,hair dryer etc..). Close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back again.

Absolutely perfect

Our stay here was by far the most pleasant experience over the past few years. Our arrival was problems-free, we called the owner en-route and he was awaiting us at the site. Mr Christopher was amazingly friendly and helpful in all matters we needed during our stay. He recommended us beaches, restaurants and gave us all the practical advices we could need. The house we stayed in was perfectly clean, very pleasant to be in and the kitchen was equipped better than our own. It was really a pleasure to come back to this place after all day out. Location itself is good, there is a very good restaurant within 8 minutes walking distance, many good restaurants and bars within 3 minutes walking distance and small beaches between them. A perfect large beach with full infrastructure is 15 mins drive, famous Balos beach is 30 mins drive and another famous Elafonisi beach is 1 hour drive. There are places for hiking and canyons around too. On the day of our departure we forgot something from the house and had to return. Although it was very very early on Saturday and we woke up Mr Christopher calling him, he was at the house with keys before us, waiting with a big smile. This is something to appreciate for a traveller that found himself in difficult situation. Summarizing, it was a perfect and relaxing stay. 100% recommendation from us.

excellent in all! comfortable house beautifully designed and has all you need from bathrobes, slippers even washing machine and dishwasher. very clean inside as well as pool and gardens. regular cleaning service and changing of towels and bed sheets. location is perfect walking distance to super market, restaurants and bars. free parking and gorgeous beaches at short driving distance. we are parents with 3 young kids and this is a perfect house for a family. Amalia our host is the sweetest and has great touristic tips.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this property, amazingly clean, beautifully furnished. the property is located close to a supermarket, the town of Kissamos and plenty of good cafes, bars, restaurants to enjoy all well within walking distance. Brand new, sparkly clean, conveniently located, top of the line furniture and appliances, all you needed and even more was there. Very personal approach to every client. The owner called and told us that our apartment was ready for early check in on the day of our arrival. The fridge was filled with some basic food. Absolutely outstanding!

Fantastic stay

We really liked staying here and highly recommend it. Modern and tastefully furnished, high spec plus so clean. The 2 bed we had looked just like the photos on the website and had everything you need successful stay including 3 balconies on the first floor and a spacious terrace on the ground floor with large table & chairs to enjoy a drink or meal outside over looking the pool. The location is a short walk to the sea with a good choice of tavernas plus a nice beach called Mavros Molos a few hundred yards away. The village area has what you need including a great bakery etc and also it’s just a very short walk to a nice supermarket (so no car would be needed though there is free parking at Limosa) . The host - Christoforos - was great and very helpful. Not based on site so you have privacy but there in a couple of minutes if needed or you wanted information about the local area etc. Fantastic choice - we hope to stay again.

An absolute gem which is complete luxury with great management of the property

Location was really good and is a great base for going to the nicest beaches in Crete , as well as going out for meals . The villa we stayed in was absolutely amazing .. no expense was spared in building and maintaining these villas and the cleaners did an amazing job every second day ( as requested ). Chris is very helpful and friendly and will help you with everything you need from planning trips to answering any questions or requests . It’s a family run business , and we met the entire family who are very friendly and who go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. They even put in a stair gate for us to ensure the safety of our toddler , which really made a huge difference to our holiday as we were totally relaxed .

Perfect onderhouden appartementen complex met alles er op en er aan. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Op een paar minuten lopen van de boulevard van Kissamos. Supermarkt op loop afstand.

Christopher est un hôte très agréable. Il a vraiment répondu à toutes nos demandes, cherchant des solutions de substitution quand le temps n'était pas au top. Le logement est très bien décoré, confortable avec des salles de bain avec toilettes pour chaque chambre. Un équipement de cuisine de très bonne qualité.

Dans la cuisine il manque un petit "fond de roulement": sel, poivre, un peu d'huile (d'olive bien sûr)...

Un luxueux endroit pour visiter l'ouest de la Crête.

Le logement est luxueux et très bien aménagé. L'ensemble de la résidence est agréable avec une jolie piscine. Le propriétaire est très avenant et ses recommandations pour les restaurants sont à suivre.

L'environnement immédiat de la résidence n'est pas top. Par contre, une belle plage à 10mn à pied.
