A very nice place for people staying in Banyuwangi. It has a good breakfast and wonderful swimming pool.

Very friendly staff, good rooms, good breakfast, good location for Ketapang train station and ferry harbour, nice swimming pool, plenty of parking space
Men's shower at the swimming pool was broken. No towels provided for swimmers.

Breakfast was nice, mostly local delicacy, staff very helpful, i got high floor as i prefer.
The doors could be better, i could hear what everyone saying down the hall, the area is not really down town, not very convenient if you dont have your own bike/car.

Friendly staff at reception and Restaurant.
Breakfast
I found it irritating that I had to confirm my stay via WhatsApp by 6 pm, otherwise they would give my room to someone else, even though I had paid in advance and they had already confirmed my arrival at 10 pm via Booking.
Also not value for money, compared to other Hotels in Java.
