The Kitchen with all its handmade finishes is wonderful to entertain and opens directly onto the magnificent terrace hosting an 8 person outdoor table with glass top and a seating area to relax and enjoy the views. The Parasol allows you the chance to relax and dine outside in the shade as you wish.
The terrace is complete with a heated lamp if required.
Water mists are attached to the roof of the terrace and can be selected according to your preference.
A Weber BBQ is always a winner and great for your alfresco dining. All equipment is supplied beside the terrace.
A beautiful breakfast bar with a centre Table makes the perfect kitchen experience.
Oven, induction plate, microwave, dishwasher, 3 Nespresso coffee machines, wine cave & Kitchen Aid tools and essentials are all integrated. Along with Toasters, kettles, Blenders & all equipment for cooking.

The fireplace is central in the house and you can open or close the door as you would like to enjoy.
The first floor separated by a sliding door adding merely for comfort & privacy consists of a Shoe & Coat room, continuing along the corridor a Toilet & wash Basin. Bedroom 1 with a double bed , walk in wardrobe & Italian style en suite bathroom with a power shower , Jacuzzi Bath, and double vanity.
Bedroom 2 is private with a Kingsize bed , LED lighting , ensuite bathroom & superb views.
Taking the staircase to the 2nd and top floor are bedroom 3 and 4. Both double rooms , 1 with a terrace.
