The 90m2 living room is open to the outside, offers a dining area, reading area, TV area and open kitchen.
The 9X5m swimming pool and its pool house with bar, sink and toilet of 25m2 complete the pleasure of this villa.
Numerous walks or bike rides crisscross the landscape and the many sites to visit.

I have spent time in this area on two other occasions-13 and 9 years ago - just down the road. This is a great area if you want a solid base from which to explore a variety of places within a reasonable range and still get to come home to the same bed each night. From beaches to mountains to big and small towns, you will find it here. The house worked well for seven of us for a September stay. Everything we needed was in this lovely house. An extra treat was meeting neighbours who alerted us to a Thursday night village party from 6pm (possibly year round) with music, and food/drink trucks on site that added to our enjoy of the place. Great house, great location
