About this house rental

Beautiful and large house with trees without vis-à-vis. 200m2 of living space on an area of 1500m2. 5 minutes from the A9, 15 minutes from the beaches of Palavas and Grande Motte, 3 minutes from the shops and the medieval city of Sommières. Fully equipped house. Located in an ultra-quiet residential area. Beautiful terrace, beautiful lawn with swimming pool and children's swing, sheets and towels are provided, large indoor and outdoor space for people with reduced mobility. Secure and free indoor and outdoor parking. Hammock for relaxation, possibility of petanque. Outdoor ping-pong table cornilleau. 2 refrigerators for a large family. 2 washing machines. Pets will be welcome.

N.B. young people who come only to party are NOT ACCEPTED

PLEASE NOTE: CESSATION OF ACTIVITIES AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER.

Low season October to May: 350€
High season June and Sept: 450€
July and August: 480 €
Mandatory cleaning 200 €
