The Source du Villaret Gîte (Sleeps 25)
The gîte is a charming 18th-century former silkworm farm (Magnanerie), set on the banks of the Hérault river in a truly peaceful, natural setting.
Inside, everything is designed for group living: the spacious common room features a large fireplace and tables wide enough for everyone to dine together. The veranda and terrace are the real highlights, offering unobstructed views of the river.
Located in the Hameau du Villaret (30570 Saint-André-de-Majencoules), 45 minutes from Montpellier, the gîte is nestled within a 6-hectare private estate, halfway between the Mont Aigoual ski resort and the Cirque de Navacelles (UNESCO World Heritage site).
THE PERFECT VENUE FOR LARGE GROUPS & EVENTS
The gîte is specifically configured for large gatherings: families, friends, seminars, reunions, or birthdays. The total isolation of the property, with no neighbors, guarantees total freedom for your celebrations. Parties and dancing are permitted inside the gîte (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, family celebrations).

Capacity: 8 bedrooms (sleeps 25).
Bed Configuration: An optimized mix of 7 double beds and 11 single beds to suit all group types (couples, children, singles).
