Le charme et la beauté de la propriété dans son ensemble. La situation du château, à la fois proche de Pézenas et au milieu d'une forêt méditerranéenne qu'il est agréable de parcourir à pied ou à vélo. La déco de l'appartement et son équipement. Le confort de la literie. Le calme absolu. Les bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques.
Le principe du code d'accès fourni par SMS est top mais il manque des informations pour trouver son appartement. Dans notre cas, la photo, qui donnait sans doute ces informations, n'était pas jointe. Manque des informations concernant la procédure d'accès à la piscine. Il a fallu que nous appelions (on nous a répondu tout de suite) et le lendemain nous avons dû aider des personnes pour entrer...
