Independent farmhouse of 210m2 completely renovated since 2021 and rated 4 stars since September 2022, air-conditioned, very spacious offering a lot of privacy and not overlooked that can accommodate 10 people.
Land 1000 m2 with small wooded park and swing, swimming pool 9m x 4m by 1.40 height. Terrace with pergola, barbecue and plancha overlooking petanque court, Ping Pong table, badminton, children's games.
You will also have at your disposal a covered gym area (wall bars, elliptical bike, weight bench) with relaxation area.
Located between vineyards and wheat fields, hiking and mountain biking trails await you in a peaceful countryside. After a day of discovery, you will have 4 rooms with TV and very good quality bedding (sheets and towels provided)
2 master bedrooms with king size beds and bathroom with toilet, one of which has a pull-out bed opening onto a private terrace.
2 bedrooms with queen size beds with independent bathroom (bathtub). Separate toilet.
Living and dining room of 40 m2 with piano and listening station.
Fully equipped kitchen.
TV room with 200dvd
Library room
Games room with table football and darts.
We will be present on your arrival and available if needed.
Flexible week outside school holidays.
30% deposit / 1500€ deposit / 160€ cleaning costs.

The grounds, buildings and facilities are exceptional. Every detail has been thought about and quality shines through. The house and accommodation was better than hoped for. The pool clean and well maintained. The gardens had plenty of space with different areas offering different features. Situated amidst vineyards on a so quiet side road. In a beautiful area with abundant wild life. A great holiday and caring owners.
