About this house rental
Come and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends in this large house in the Piedmont Cévennes. In a quiet village of 400 inhabitants you will have at your disposal 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 large covered terrace with barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool of 6 x 12 overlooking the vineyards and the Cévennes massif.
The accommodation
The main house offers on the first floor 1 fully equipped kitchen, a living room including a smart tv not connected to the terrestrial network (waiting for fiber) and board games, a dining room that opens onto the outside including a barbecue, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry room and 2 bedrooms.
Upstairs you will find 3 large bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet as well as a very nice terrace.
It is in the garden that you will find the pool house - a real independent apartment of 55 m2 - including the 6th bedroom, as well as a shower and toilet.
A large covered terrace overlooks a large 6 x 12 swimming pool.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house and pool house.
Other remarks
The village is located 40 minutes from Nîmes train station. It is therefore quite possible to come by train and rent a car on arrival.
