Clean, up to date room, comfortable bed
Staff was not very friendly. The confirmation email stated we would be able to check in at 3 PM, but upon arrival at 4:30, we were told, in a not very friendly way, that a queen room was not available at that moment. We would have to either wait in the lobby or wait for a phone call for our room to be ready. When I said, I thought check-in was 3 o’clock or after, the front desk staff member was rude.

It was close by the mall and many restaurants. Cute decor. Free wifi.
Bed was very hard. No vending machines or even ice on 4th floor so have to go all the way back down to lobby after getting into comfy clothes to get anything. Just inconvenient for the price.
