Spent three days in Ft. Wayne at this nice hotel. The staff is relaxed and friendly. Free breakfast starts at 6:30. The room is quiet and clean. Front desk lent me a USB charger and has a half dozen ice scrapers to loan out.

Im currently at the Best Western, and I have to say, it was a great experience. The hotel has a cozy, country-themed vibe that immediately makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, which was perfect for a relaxing stay.
The housekeeping team does a fantastic job—they always made sure my room was clean, the garbage was taken out, and fresh sheets were provided when needed. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and I truly appreciated that.
The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. The employees, in general, are incredibly accommodating and kind. It’s refreshing to see a place where kindness and good customer service are prioritized. Unfortunately, not all hotels do this, but the staff here really go out of their way to treat guests with respect and care.
I stayed in the king suite, which was both spacious and cozy. It offered plenty of room and comfort, making it a great value for the price. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and affordable stay with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend it!

They stay was actually nice. The hotel was clean and the rooms where nice as well. And the breakfast wasn't bad either..
