Great price for good breakfast and warm pool

Affordable price for the accommodations received.

Our room smelled a little funny and I found a pair of pajama shorts left by the last guests.

It was beautifully decorated.

The only thing was the shower didn’t have great water pressure and the soap holder kept tilting. Other than that it was great.

It was awful.

The breakfast was amazing.

Leaking sprinkler in the pool area, all the chairs were broken in the pool. Booked a totally different room than what we were given. Staff was not willing to offer a solution. Fire alarm went off at 11pm, firefighters threatened to shut down the place for the night because the maintenance man was refusing to come in and reset the alarm. Extremely poor customer service

Never stay at a place that is having staff problems.

The indoor pool. The breakfast was good.

Did not like that the housekeeping was not done for half of the days we were there. The in room telephone did not work. We were forced to travel down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and to empty our waste baskets each day. The first Saturday morning, a staff member shouted at my grandchildren to leave an open table in the breakfast area as it was so crowded we had to then go back up to our room. We were so embarrassed. The manager, Rich, told me he would refund me for the days we had no housekeeping services but didn't.

Friendly staff, crumby accommodations that need some cleaning and sprucing up.

The woman who checked us in was amazing! She was helping an elderly couple with technology and she was so patient and kind. She gave us some great recommendations as well.

The jacuzzi tub in our room had hair and debris around the jets and drain that I cleaned myself before use. I didn’t say anything but asked the front desk for cleaning supplies. She seemed busy. The room smelled. The bed had a frame that stuck out way beyond the mattress and was a safety hazard. I hit my shins more than once. I have pics to show. It wasn’t a square frame, it had sharp angles. Like what?! Also the bathroom was wiped down but not super clean. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and would rock back and forth when you sat down and the seat would slide. It was scary to pee. The paint job was so bad there was paint splashes all over tile and the tubs. It was just a lackluster room with safety and cleanliness concerns.

the shower curtain had mold on it and the shower had a hole in the wall. to get in the pool u had to had the staff let u in.

I loved the staff , great people and always with a smile. Thank you for all the attention.

Probably some small renovation in the stairs , it forced me to take the elevator . Some of the rooms have some damage and could been cleaned a little bit better but for the price it was perfect.

It has a lot of room for improvement in cleanliness. Pool not in great shape and all but 3 chairs were broke around the pool. Pull out sofa was really gross. Had to ask for more blankets and pillow even tho they knew we had 4 guests. Overall needs some TLC and a good cleaning.

There was a young basket ball team staying who ran the halls yelling, and would pound on our door at night and run off 🙃 They where allowed in the pool without an adult as well, which they would come in yelling at eachother. Ruined our pool experience. They where extremly loud in the lobby as well. When staff was made aware they brought attention to the situation and tried their best to control it.

The first room they had us in was directly next to an exterior door that had a broken lock. Anyone could’ve walked into the building off the street and the first door they’d be by was ours. When we requested to move to a different room, it was handled quickly, but they told us that they were aware of the broken lock and hadn’t been able to get it fixed yet. I don’t understand why they’d put us in a room right next to an unsecured entrance.
