Good location and excellent coffee was provided

Temperature control in the room. It was heat stuck on all the time and then had to change to air conditioner to cool room down. A sign on the unit said “use wall thermostat for temperature control,” but there was no wall thermostat installed in this room.

Staff are fantastic and super helpful. Room is big and beds are comfy. Nice fitness room and indoor pool.

The curtains in my room didn't cover the window at all so the lights from outside lit my room all night. It would have been great to have been able to block this out.

Not the best of Wyndham Hotels

Location.

Thermoset needed a new battery, Staff was unable to complete the task the day of check in. No hot water in the shower, also with the tub draining very slow. Had to move to another room. Next room had black mold on the celling and sever rust on the tub faucet. Broken tiles near the tub.

The location was good.

It needs to be updated. The cleanliness needs to be better. Staff was not nice. They seemed bothered when I asked for more towels and then wanted me to put the dirty ones in the hall way. What mostly upset me was in the morning when we had the do not disturb sign on the door the staff would take it off and throw it under the door. That was unacceptable. We go to ft Wayne a couple times a times a year and we will not be staying here again.

It seemed nice when we entered, facilities were clean outside of the room

The room smelled musty and like old socks. No fan in the bathroom so it was just humid and dank. Shower leaked, I mean made puddle all the way outside the bathroom door, it has been happening for a while because it was corrosion all over the bathroom door. The fire alarm went off twice I. The middle of the night an hour apart, with no explanation except when I called the front desk and they said it was a misfire.

We had to book at the last minute with a possible early check in since we were attending a wedding and needed to put things in a refrigerator. The staff was gracious and understanding and helped as much as possible. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast provided a nice variety.

Hotel was super clean and staff were very freindly. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and ready to get you back on the road.

Good location, great staff, good breakfast.

Facilities need some updates as far as updating the doors so that they don’t wake up the entire floor going in and out of the room. We felt bad for our neighbors as outdoor was loud and scrapping the door jam every time and we didn’t get in until 2:30 in the morning!

Stayed two nights. Breakfast was sorely lacking. Ran out of everything by 9am. Room wasn't cleaned, wastebaskets not emptied. Room was at the opposite end of the building. long walk to the room. guests used ice machine to fill coolers, left none for the rest of us.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and staff amazing.

Exceptionally clean! From the parking lot to lobby to elevator, hallways to our room. I could have gone barefoot on our room carpet and tile. Kitchenette was extremely clean too. No fear using any of it Front desk was pleasant , smiling and responsive to our needs. She even checked back with us regarding satisfaction. Housekeeping was amazing. They brought us extra towels and handled our furniture concerns even though maintenance gone for the the day and no complaints. Very quick, gracious and helpful. Best housekeeping staff of all hotels and motels we have ever stayed in our 48 years of traveling.

1) The mirror in the bathroom. It had a yellowing light around the perimeter. Suppose to be able to tap a button on the screen to change lighting to bright but didn’t work and would have be replaced. And… 2)The sofa and chair were very stained and arm ends well worn. Maintenance who cleans furniture already gone for day. Housekeeping staff were very responsive and covered them in sheets for us and double checked the fold out bed, which was good. 3) Location of Pool behind glass wall at the lobby

Very nice hotel, quiet and clean.

The breakfast ladies were awesome and a lot of fun for first thing in the morning. Loved them. Pool is small, but nice. The room was very clean and nice. Housekeeping does a great job. The location is right off the highway in a busy area. Restaurants and gas next door to the hotels. The keys worked the first time which is always a plus!

The front desk staff appeared "kind of annoyed" with no welcoming personality. (After 4pm on my check in date and after 4pm on my check out date.) I had to wait a few minutes each time as they were in the side office or somewhere else besides the front desk.
